Perfect Location and Smooth Communication

Pros: The apartment was spacious, perfectly located near the metro station, and communication with the hosts was seamless.

Cons: Everything was great – no issues at all.

Pros: The location was close to the metro station and the bus station, so we could easily get where we wanted. It was clean, a bright and large apartment. We almost had a grocery store.

Cons: It was disturbing to hear noises at 7 in the morning, the neighbors working on their apartment. It would have been nice if the host had informed us about this before. Also, we had a small problem with one of the keys and we tried to contact the host, but we didn't get any answer. We solved it ourselves, but if we didn't succeed, we couldn't enter the apartment and I don't know what happens. We were told at the end of the stay that because of some problems they didn't answer, it was nice that they still told us something, even if it happened at the end of the stay.

Pros: Everything was good about the property.. first of all the location as it’s right next to Cornelia metro. Big room sizes with all amenities as per description. Clear instructions from the host. Lift for 3rd floor.. Highly Recommended.

Cons: Nothing negatuve actually. However addition of a microwave in the kitchen will be great along with a strainer.

Pros: Comfortable apartment with separate 2 bedrooms and equipped kitchen, air conditioner in each room, TV. Clean and big bathroom. Comfortable beds. There was a big balcony. Great location, close to metro station Cornelia /red Line A/ in front of the house. Because of the transport strike we even reach Vatican, walking about 30-40 minutes. Supermarket is on the first floor, closes 9 p.m. Recommend Josef restaurant in 5 minutes walking /reservation needed/. Communication with the owner is easy and helpful.

Pros: Great location. Close to metro station, easy to access everywhere.

Great location, close to metro station Cornelia (red Line A), it was in front of the house. 20 minutes to the city center. On one day we even reach Vatican by walking about 20-30 minutes. Supermarket on the first floor of the building. There is a bus station \

Cons: Actually there was nothing to say what we did not like. Just wanted to share may be helpful information for opening the box. After getting a code for apartment, you have to open the cover of the box, collect the right numbers, and after that push the button on the left side down (it is near to number line) and open the box by keeping it that position.

Comodidad y accesibilidad

Pros: La ubicación, muchos negocios cerca y el transporte muy asequible

Cons: La ducha necesita arreglos, y la fuerza del agua es débil

Soggiorno da 4 giorni ottimale per visitare Roma , nonostante la elevata temperatura (34 gradi )

Pros: La posizione era ottima , vicino alle fermate della metro e degli autobus. La zona fornita di negozi di vario genere anche per mangiare , prezzi accettabili .

Cons: Non ho niente da rilevare.

Comodidad en Roma

Pros: Es un apartamento muy cómodo con dos habitaciones súper grandes. Está en la puerta del metro A, con lo cual si bien no estás en el centro llegas en menos de media hora

Cons: Tiene una cocina pequeña y es el único espacio para compartir ya q si bien tiene un pasillo entre la cocina y las habitaciones… el mismo está desaprovechado

Muy recomendable para alojarte y visitar Roma

Pros: El metro justamente debajo del piso. También cuenta con un supermercado y justo enfrente una cafetería para poder desayunar (muy buena por cierto). Sin duda, lo mejor de este apartamento es Emanuele, que nos explicó la zona y estuvo muy atento de nosotros en todo momento, incluso resolviendonos algunos inconvenientes que tuvimos con las llaves.

Cons: Por destacar algo, la alcachofa de la ducha soltaba agua por el lateral de la manguera, pero sin importancia.
