Unique chance to enjoy in the real Rome!!!!
Pros: We simply loved everything! Neighborhood is beautiful, quiet but bursting with the life of locals without millions of tourists on every corner. The house is like from the fairytale, our apartment on the ground floor was very spacious, impeccably clean, fully equipped with everything you can even imagine you might need for your stay. Such a homy experience! But more importantly Giovanna and her positive energy and her bright smile that instantly makes you feel not as another tourist but as a friend. She gave us so many insider tips that made this stay in Rome unforgettable. The warmest recommendation! Now after this experience I am bit sad that in my previous visits to Rome I was in the middle of tourist area. From now on when in Rome I know where to stay!

Pros: We spent three days in Giovanna's apartment. She is an exceptionally accommodating landlady, who greets you warmly and is always available during your stay. The apartment is surrounded by greenery and is very quiet. It's just the right place for a stay in Rome. We'd love to come back. Thank you so much, Giovanna.

Good value for money - nice apartment for a family
Pros: Nice apartment with everything you might need. 🙂 Giovanna is a perfect host, she has been waiting for us and showed everything. We got a cold sparkling wine to celebrate my husband’s marathon. 🥳 And there were snacks in the kitchen. Good location, few steps from the bus stop, but also walking distance from the city centre.
Cons: It was a little cold in the bathroom, but it was March. 🙂

Wonderful experience, great place to experience Rome from, would stay again
Pros: I was greeted by Giovanna who was super lovely and friendly. She explained everything about the apartment and had left coffee, snacks, and a bottle of prosecco for us in the fridge. She also gave us recommendations for places to visit, nice local restaurants, and checked in with us every day to see if we needed anything. The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood where you'll be around locals. You can get a bus into central Rome or take a walk, which will take you between 20-30 mins, and pretty close to Trastevere as well. Everything was really clean and well presented. We had a wonderful time and would love to go back!!! Massive thank you to Giovanna who is simply amazing!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was in a nice and in an quiet area, and it was easy to get to city center by foot and public transport. Nice area outside apartment to enjoy food and drinks. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

C’était vraiment très bien !
Pros: Nous avons réellement adoré cet appartement, ainsi que le quartier dans lequel il est situé. Le logement est très confortable, calme et chaleureux. La situation est parfaite : rapidement accessible depuis le centre touristique à pieds ou en transports, le quartier permets de faire de très belles promenade dans les environs immédiats (Janicule !) et de jouir d’une vie de quartier authentique. Giovanna est réellement très sympathique et veille à ce que tout se passe très bien. Merci !

Maailman upein asunto sydämellisen Giovannan emännöimänä teki lomastamme juhlan!
Pros: Tämä asunto oli maailman paras! Sijainti loistava, ihanan tilava, upea puutarha, mieletön varustelu, uskomattoman ystävällinen ja vieraanvarainen emäntä jne. jne. Tämä on asunto jonne haluamme jo heti uudelleen. Giovanna on niin mukava, että tuntui kuin olisimme tunteneet hänet aina. Hän antoi parhaat vinkit loistavaan lomaan ja huomio niin upeasti syntymäpäivät ja joka päivä kyseli, miten meillä menee. Hän on todella sydämellinen ihminen. Asunnon varustelu oli niin hyvä, ettemme tarvinneet edes aurinkorasvaa. Kaikki löytyi, hygieniatuotteet, keittiötarvikkeet, jopa sateenvarjot, hyttyskarkoitteet, kartat jne. jne.

Geweldig!! Wat een verrassing!
Pros: Giovanna was zeer hartelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Wat een bijzondere vrouw!
Cons: Knusse, gezellige plek. Het tuintje erbij was zalig. Lekker rustig, uit de drukte van de stad. Het centrum van Rome was een half uur lopen (of met de bus die vlakbij stopt). De supermarkt zit tegenover het appartement.
