Excellent!

Pros: We were a group of four (2 couples) and the apartment met our needs, which made our stay very pleasant. The apartment was very clean and the moment you stepped in smelled of freshness. The communication with the host, Svevo was excellent, and he had even provided some coffee/tea and crackers for us which was very thoughtful and kind of him. The apartment was well situated in a very quiet residential area and the bus stop to the city centre was just a few meters from the property. Also, a few small cafes and local trattorias are within walking distance! We would choose Casa Gianicolo definitely for our stay next time we visit Roma again. Thank you, Svevo!!!

Pros: Svevo is a great host. The house was very comfortable and has everything you need. Location is great, very easy to get to the city center by bus and just a nice walk away from the vibrant Trastevere! Highly recommend :)

Pros: Good communication, 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with everything you need.

Cons: Some elements was aged, as the apartment is in an old building. However, you have everything you need, and we had no issues. Placement; you need taxi apps to move around, just outside walking distance from city center, but never a problem for us...

Comfortable and pleasant stay and excellent hosts.

Pros: The place is very cozy and its location is perfect. Trastevere, one of the liveliest centers of Rome, is 10 minutes on foot. In addition, buses that provide comfortable transportation to all kinds of centers of the city pass frequently right in front of the house.

Pros: Struttura molto pulita e confortevole al 4 piano servita da ascensore . All interno dell’appartamento c’ è tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno . Abbiamo soggiornato a gennaio e possiamo dire che l’appartamento è molto ben riscaldato . Posizione ottima ben servita da mezzi pubblici per arrivare in centro . In circa 10 minuti a piedi si arriva a trastevere , è comunque possibile prendere la linea 75 sotto il b&b e arrivare direttamente al Colosseo , piazza Venezia ecc . Nelle immediate vicinanze c’è anche la stazione Quattroventi . Zona molto ben servita da ristoranti , pizzerie al taglio , supermercati. Gestori molto gentili e disponibili per ogni esigenza . Consigliatissimo
