Excellent - Would highly recommend!

Pros: Very easy, excellent communication. Apartment felt really homely and was very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The area was brilliant too.

Cons: Everything was great but just some improvements would be bigger towels and more comfortable pillows. Also an additional set of keys would be good as there were two sets of people staying.
