Комфортные и функциональные апартаменты.

Pros: Апартаменты оборудованы всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Спокойная, располагающая к отдыху, обстановка. Удобное месторасположение апартаментов: в 5 минутах ходьбы автобусная остановка, с которой за 20 минут (пишу про утренний рейс) можно добраться до аэропорта Фьюмичино, так же в пешей доступности красивый и большой парк - для любителей природы и уединения. Станция метро, продуктовые магазины расположены неподалёку.

Séjour très réussi. Nous reviendrons à Rome.

Pros: Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire Francesca . Elle nous avait communiqué avant notre départ beaucoup d'informations pour arriver facilement chez elle. Et elle est restée toujours disponible. Le logement est parfait et il y a toutes facilités à proximité. Il y a aussi le Métro Baldo Degli Ubaldi qui nous a permis de rejoindre rapidement de centre de Rome pour 1,50€. Donc, très bon séjour! (en Octobre 2025) Merci Francesca !

Pros: Conforto e simplicidade. Tem quase tudo o que é necessário (poderia ter um ferro de engomar e uma torradeira), de resto é muito completo. Perfeito para um casal.

Appartement très joli et calme

Pros: Merci Francesca pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil ! Votre appartement est très joli et idéalement situé dans une résidence calme . Le métro est proche et permet de se déplacer facilement. Il y a un grand supermarché (PEWEX Via Gregorio VII) en haut de la rue dans lequel on peut trouver toutes les spécialités italiennes Nous ne manquerons de revenir chez vous ! Vincent et Claudine
