A nice and comfortable stay in Röme
Pros: The property was clean and well maintained. The look and feel of the apartment was very unique and it had all the amenities. The host also sent us the shops and restaurants nearby. We check-in around 10:30pm and the host was very friendly and polite
Cons: The property is 8-10 min walk from the nearest metro station. That was a bit tiring especially after a whole day of walking. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: We loved everything! True Roman luxury! This is an ideal place to stay in Rome. Safe, convenient location a short bus ride to all the major sights. Everything was absolutely perfect, highly highly recommended. Fantastic communication with the host, Frederico. Five stars, incredible!!

We definitely recommend this option for 2-4 people stay.
Pros: The apartment is awesome! Truly luxury experience. Everything was so nice and clean. The owner was also kind and supportive.
Cons: The location is not the best, but still okay. 15 min by bus or subway, and you are near the center

Stunning penthouse apartment perfect for Rome stay
Pros: Fantastic apartment in a quiet neighbourhood in Rome. Only 10 mins walk from Baldo Degli Ubaldi Metro station on Line A, so super easy to travel around City. Planty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby too. Our host Federico warmly welcomed us a the property and provided useful local info as well as being easily reachable if needed. Would definitely return.

Pros: The apartment was absolutely wonderful: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, which was a real highlight and made a big difference, especially after a warm day. The building is located in a quiet residential area with peaceful neighbors, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere Coming back to the apartment after a full day of exploring felt like returning to a true haven. There were absolutely no negative aspects – everything exceeded expectations ❤️ Thank you!

Pros: Very nice, spacious and stylish appartment, located not far from Vatican. It has 2 big bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms, so it's a perfect fit for families with children. It is located on the 6th floor, every room has a balcony with great views. Appartment is very clean, it has central heating and air conditioning in every room. It is located a bit far from the city center, but there are bus stops and metro stations in walking distance from the appartment. We used to go by metro to the historical centre, but we also walked a couple of times to Vatican (it took us about 30 min walk to get to Vatican). The owner of the appartment was very friendly, he met us in person, gave recommendations on where to go and what to see, sent us information about restaurants, grossery shops and other useful places close to the flat.

Lovely apartment in rome
Pros: This penthouse apartment is in a very good location, very close to the bus station, metro and local shops. Vatican church can be seen from the balcony. Very nice and friendly host, he sent us the addresses of anything useful near by. Very good experience all and all Thanks

The apartment is so atmospheric and spacious! The owner is amazing—very helpful, always available.
Pros: The apartment is atmospheric and spacious! It features a lot of wood, is very stylish, and has everything you need (toaster, coffee machine, etc.). The owner is amazing—very helpful, always available, and offers great advice. The Nino restaurant is exceptional—delicious pizza. The apartment is an 8-minute walk to the metro if you plan to visit the Colosseum, and 30 minutes on foot to the Vatican. I think this is the best deal in Rome, and it’s just very cozy there.
Cons: It was a bit cool during the week we visited (before the central heating was turned on). We asked the owner for help, and they showed us how to make it warmer using the AC. Closing something in the fireplace also probably helped.
