San Peter's - Cosy Renovated Penthouse

Pros: The location was great. The apartment is just like the photos: clean and spacious, with air conditioning. It's an 8-minute walk from the apartment to St. Peter's Square. There was a bus stop in front of the building that took you directly to the Trevi Fountain. Shops and restaurants were nearby. If you need to store your luggage, the last one is right downstairs. There's a shop where you can leave it all day for €6.

Cons: The train passes right next door, and you can hear it a lot when it's running. You can also hear the cars on the street. Bring earplugs. The house doesn't have curtains, and if you're someone who doesn't like light when sleeping, this might be a problem. It wasn't for me. Once you enter the building, it smells very musty and damp.

Excellent and value for money. Will come back in future.

Pros: Excellent location. Very near to St. Peter Basilica/Square. Variety of food available nearby. Vietnamese and Chinese food available within less than 2 minutes walk. Scores of good Italian within less than 5 minute walk. Facilities were great especially availability of a washing machine. Keep up with the cleanliness of the place. Mattia, the person receiving us was very informative and helpful.

Pros: Wonderful recently renovated apartment close to Vatican with elevator, open terrace, kitchen, washing machine and other useful amenities. Very responsive and helpful host, helped us a lot with transfer to and from Rome. Great guide to the city compiled by the host with very useful references to supermarkets, restaurants etc. Easy (self) check-in.

Sehr gute Lage für einen Trip nach Rom

Pros: Die Lage ist super, man kommt sehr schnell vom Bahnhof Termini mit dem Zug zum nahegelegenen Bahnhof und geht dann nur noch ein paar Minuten zum Appartement, auch der Weg zum Vatikan ist kurz. In der Umgebung gibt es Restaurants und Supermärkte. Die Ausstattung entsprach der Beschreibung, insgesamt sind die Fotos realistisch.

Cons: Es war doch sehr laut, der Verkehr und das damit verbundene beständige Hupen sind trotz geschlossener Fenster zu hören. Aber so ist das halt in der Stadt :)

Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Pros: Das Appartement hat eine Super Lage - gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe und nur einen Katzensprung zum Petersdom. Die Ansprechpartnerin war via WhatsApp immer hervorragend erreichbar und so konnte der etwas merkwürdige online checkin mit Fotos unserer Ausweise vermieden werden. Bei der Begrüßung gab es jede Menge Tipps zum Nahverkehr, guten Restaurants und unsere Ansprechpartnerin hat sich viel Zeit mit uns genommen. Den Tipp, Freenow zu bevorzugen, haben wir gut beherzigt.

Cons: Der online checkin, den wir Dank der guten Kommunikation vermeiden konnten

Pěkné ubytování za rozumnou cenu.

Pros: Ubytování je blízko náměstí Sv. Petra ve Vatikánu a v docházkové vzdálenosti na většinu významných památek v centru Říma.

Cons: Upadla špatně přimontovaná klika do koupelny.

Jeśli usterka pieca grzewczego zostanie naprawiona, pobyt w mieszkaniu oceniłabym na 10/10.

Pros: Mieszkanie perfekcyjnie czyste, przestronne, odnowione, a kontakt z pośredniczką właściciela rewelacyjny. Na wszystkie wiadomości odpowiadała o każdej porze dnia i wieczoru.

Cons: Niestety, w dniu przyjazdu piec podgrzewający wodę się popsuł. Mimo ekspresowej organizacji jego wymiany kolejnego dnia, przez pozostałe dni pobytu woda w dalszym ciągu pozostawała głównie lodowata, co wiązało się ze sporym dyskomfortem.

Tolles Appartment, wir kommen gerne wieder

Pros: Tolle Lage, tolle Terasse, Küche prima eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bett sehr bequem, auch die Schlafcouch. Heizung funktioniert über die Klimaanlage und es war trotz schlechtem Wetter schön warm. Nette und schnelle Gastgeber, Kontakt per Whatsapp

Cons: Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist sehr schwach und das Wasser nicht richtig warm. Für 2 Personen ok, aber mehr nicht möglich. Ebenso kein Warmwasser am Waschbecken/Küche. Die Tourismusabgabe für Rom ist nicht geklärt. Bisher bekomen wir noch keine offizielle Rechnung trotz Nachfrage.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem schönen Apartment mit toller Terrasse

Pros: Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Tolle sonnige und sehr große Terrasse. Schönes Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage in Rom ist super, da fast alles fußläufig erreichbar ist.

Cons: Die Couch könnte gemütlicher sein.
