Perfect comfortable base for exploring the sights of Rome!

Pros: The location of this apartment is excellent. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is also very comfortable and caters for all your needs including tea coffee and snacks plus milk water and even a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Ramona met us at the property on arrival and gave clear instructions and was very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Fantastic stay!

Pros: We stayed at this beautiful place in Rome with our family and absolutely loved it. The entire booking process was easy and smooth, and the hosts were incredibly kind and professional throughout. They were in touch before, during, and after our stay, making sure everything was going well. The location simply cannot be beaten — waking up to the view of St. Peter’s Dome is truly unforgettable. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable, easily accommodating a family of 8 without feeling cramped or like we were on top of each other. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and spending quality time together. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, complete amenities and great hospitality!

Pros: Close to major attractions and located next to St. Peter's Basilica. Lots of free snacks. Ramona was very attentive, and Fabio was helpful even before our arrival. Beautiful view of the basilica. Clean rooms. Fully equipped kitchen and dining utensils. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Cons: The air conditioning took some time to cool the room, possibly because it was extremely hot outside. We had to use the remote from the first room as a workaround, since the universal AC remote in the second room wasn’t working properly. Perhaps next time provide still/natural water, rather than sparkling as not all prefer the later.

It was a pleasant stay

Pros: Stayed at this apartment in May. We were 9 and it was good that there were 2 washrooms. The host welcomed us with a bottle of wine, sparkling water, juice and some cookies, I think that was nice. Apartment was clean and the linens too. It was bright and airy. Location was perfect because we were mainly there to attend the Jubilee in Vatican which was just a 5 minute walk to the main entrance.

Fabulous

Pros: This location is perfect. We were 2 couples. It's has 3 bedrooms with double beds in each room and a single bed. Perfect for 9 people. There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped. The fridge was stocked with water milk orange juice and spumante. We had coffee pods for the nespresso and Croissants Cookies cereal for our breakfast. It had a washing machine iron and everything you need in cleaning products. There was soap for the shower and plenty of towels. You are 5 minutes away from St Peters square. The metro and train station is about 10 minute walk. The place is extremely clean. Our check in was smooth and were greeted by Romina who explained everything to make sure our stay was perfect. They reply to your messages quickly. Your appartment is facing the entrance to vatican city and there are 2 military guarding 24/7, so we felt very safe.

Cons: Parking in front of the apartment is limited. We were lucky and got a spot. It was inexpensive, though, at 7 euros per day.

The host was fantastic and the apartment was fully equipped with kitchenettes and Washing Machine.

Pros: The location and the host of this apartment is the best in the business. She was really helpful and guided us while answering every question whether it was for food, commutation or shopping. She has been really good and humble.
