Excellent host, perfect accommodation in a great central location

Pros: Francesco was an excellent host, was there to meet us, very helpful, quick at responding to queries and very kind, also helped us with our taxi back to the airport. Apartment was lovely in a delightful quiet courtyard just minutes from the main attractions - perfect !

Cons: The bed matches are hard, but in the overall, the benefits definitely overcome this issue. No other points of disadvantage, the apartment served us well and we truly recommend it.

Perfect location anv very clean. the host was extremely nice

Pros: The apartment was very beautiful decorated and spacious. We were 5 and it was plenty of space. The location was very good and walking distance from the center. The host left us a welcome cake and Nespresso coffee. Gave us advices and suggestions about resto and bars. We were welcomed before the check-in hour and we left the luggage. I totally recommend it.

Cons: I wouldn’t say there was something that bothered me. Everything was great

A wonderful base in Rome

Pros: Francesco was a wonderful warm and helpful host. The location was very convenient. There was a restaurant across the road and a supermarket very close. A great base to explore from.

Amazing Family stay in Rome

Pros: We had a great stay overall — the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The facilities were exactly as described, and everything we needed was provided. The host was absolutely lovely — responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. We did experience a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the host addressed them promptly and professionally, which we really appreciated. It's clear they take hosting seriously and want guests to have a good experience. A special mention: our 2-year-old absolutely fell in love with the host — they were so warm and kind, and made our little one feel completely at ease. Would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay again!

The best apartment

Pros: This is already our second time staying in the apartment, and we have no doubt we will return again. Francesco always arrives on time to warmly welcome us. He is attentive to every request. The welcome in the apartment is generous, and everything is lovely and comfortable. We are a family of five, and the apartment is spacious, bright, beautifully designed, and very clean. The location is excellent. Great value for the price. Of all the times we’ve been to Rome, this is the best apartment we’ve stayed in.

Pros: We loved the location of this apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable and a great fit for our family of 5. The apartment was quiet and private, especially surprising for a ground floor uni! The host was very responsive to messages and kindly met us at the apartment for check-in.
