Pros: When checking in, the process is a little more complicated than other properties, but it was explained well in advance. Staff are friendly and fast responsive. We had a very good stay for the price. The location is great, close to the Vatican. The overall facilities are excellent and clean.

Cons: The light bulb in the middle of living room and was flickering frequently. Water drips when using the air conditioner, which is inconvenient. Apart from a few minor things, it's a great place to stay.

Pros: The location was excellent and the facilities were perfect for our 3 night stay. 1st floor but has an elevator for anyone with mobility issues. Can't fault it at all.

Cons: Wasn't an issue for us as only a 3 night stay, but the sofa bed might have become uncomfortable if staying any longer.

Cons: On était 3 et le canapé ouvert prenait beaucoup de place dans la pièce .

Pros: Местоположение шикарное . В пешей доступности все главные достопримечательности Рима. Собор Св.Петра вообще в 300 м. Несколько ресторанов в пределах 10-200 м. Несколько маркетов в радиусе до 1 км

Cons: Входная дверь в подьезд немного клинит, первый день промучались с ней, пока методом тыка не выяснили секрет, что надо немного приподнимать ключ вместе с серцевиной, тогда открывается легко.

Ein richtiger Geheimtipp.

Pros: Sehr sauber, sehr leise (Fenster zum Hinterhof, kein Nachtlärm durch Verkehr oder Restaurants usw.), Klimaanlage und WLan funktionieren perfekt (keine Selbstverständlichkeit in Italien), super eingerichtete Küche, Dusche mit gut funktionierendem Warmwasser und starkem Strahl. Ganz nahe am Vatikan. Sehr freundliche Eigentümer.

Cons: Wir waren zu zweit - da reichen die kleinen Zimmer aus. Mit zwei weiteren Gästen auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer könnte es schon eng werden.
