Pros: We were a group of 5 ladies travelling from Ireland to attend the tennis Italian Open. This property is approx a 6 minute walk from the Vatican. So central to everything. Location is excellent. Shops and restaurants aplenty on the doorstep. Big bedrooms with lovely en-suites. Kitchen was really lovely and fully equipped with everything you would need and more. Max sent so many helpful tips and recommendations pre our visit. Romini met us in the apt and showed us everything and was really helpful. They very kindly allowed us to have the use of the apartment on our last day which was a great help as our flight was not until very late in the evening. We are so appreciative about this. We felt very secure and safe in the apartment and would highly recommend it for any group of 6/7 people. Hosts were lovely from start to finish. Cannot rate high enough.

A brilliant apartment surrounded by restaurants.

Pros: Everything you could need or want was provided. Whether it be chocolate biscuits or a dishwasher. EVERYTHING! Three large beds in large en-suite bedrooms, each with a television. A large living area with dining table, large fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, coffee, tea and juice. Situated within a 5 minute walk of Vatican City and a 15 minute walk, over the river to the tour buses. Surrounded by restaurants and a few bars, with a Carrefour Express at the top of the road, 3 minutes away. A nice little quirky bar with a happy hour until 8pm—-out the door, turn left and first right, on the left. 2 minutes away. William let us in early and went shopping for essentials, free of charge.

Best stay ever in Rome in what felt like our home in Vatican City

Pros: - location: literally 5 min. from St. Peter’s Square, all main sights in Rome within walking distance - the apartment has been newly refurbished to a high standard and has all the amenities you may need during your stay (including 3 different coffee makers!) - super friendly and helpful host, helped us navigate the narrow streets and notorious Roman traffic to a nearby underground car park (thanks to the flat’s perfect location, we didn’t need the car any further during our stay 🙂)

Great location, nicely equipped, very comfortable.

Pros: Nicely equipped, good quality beds, nice and clean. Welcome pack appreciated. Air conditioning good.

Cons: Seating area for five not big enough. More pillows would have been great. Better communication on meet and greet on arrival is needed. The online website to register details needs looking at - it was not possible to complete as the fields for country of birth and citizenship did not work.

Pros: This apartment was probably the best Air B&B I’ve ever stayed in, our group was 3 but originally meant to be five but even if all five of us went there still would have been loads of room, very spacious, very clean and so equipped with everything you could possibly need! If I ever return to Rome again, I will 100% be staying here again! Right beside the Vatican too! The only down side is it’s on the first floor with no elevator but that wasn’t a problem for us! Overall 10/10!

Brilliant, we had a wonderful time!

Pros: Space, well stocked, clean and comfortable, great air conditioning, great facilities too! Location to Vatican was brilliant Max the host was really helpful and friendly, he made our stay all the better, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Cons: Noise from the restaurants below until 1am, as we were having to get up early we felt rather tired after little sleep. Another little sofa would be nice instead of the chair for sitting down in.

Lovely apartment

Pros: The apartment was lovely. We were provides with everything we needed and some nice little extras.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Pros: This is a beautiful renovated apartment in a great location. We were so comfortable and well rested, having three spacious and clean master suites felt luxurious. The AC worked perfectly. Our host provided some snacks, fruit and coffee and was so accommodating. This is a great value and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Pros: It had 3 bedroom suites which was perfect for our needs, a great kitchen/dining area. Also both hosts were perfect before and throughout our stay.
