Despite the noise - the rest of the stay was very nice :)

Pros: I loved the apartment it was spacious with the place to spend family time in living room.

Cons: Every night at 2 am party was starting in restaurant at 1st floor. It was very noisy full 4am. I had to sleep in earplugs :(

Best location

Pros: The host was very understanding of our travel time delay.

Pros: Location was close to St. Peter's square and close to restaurants.

Cons: No elevator.

Amazing location, would definitely stay in the area again.

Pros: Fabulous location. Lots of lovely restaurants close by. Great location for Vatican and also for Metro to other areas Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water. Good to have the terrace although extreme hot temperatures limited its use to morning and evening. We appreciated being able to leave our bags on day of departure.

Cons: We knew the property would be rustic and it is as the photos but it is quite tired looking in need of a refresh. We were glad of the air conditioning - All 3 units were running when we arrived and the apartment was cool but running more than 2 of the 3 at once will trip the electrics so beware. Had this been explained it would have prevented an issue with the wifi loss of service as a result of tripped electrics. It was sorted but hassle we didn’t need on arrival.

Wonderful stay in Rome

Pros: The apartment is in a great location, right next to the Vatican. It has everything you need for the 3 nights we stayed. There are many nice restaurants and souvenir shops in the street in front. The only time we went to throw away the trash, the container was a little further away. We recommend it for families with older children because it is high up (3rd floor) and without an elevator.

Pros: This was a lovely property . The stairs nearly saw us off after a day sightseeing , but having a terrace made up for it .

Cons: The nightclub and rowdy revelry in the early hours , earplugs can solve this though.

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

Pros: The property is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you could wish for. Both bedrooms have comfortable king sized beds, and are spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge comfortable. There is also the added bonus of an outside terrace with a table and chairs. The location of the apartment is great - very close to St Peters Basilica and very close to the metro station. The street below has an array of restaurants and bars which serve great food! The owners are extremely helpful and friendly and are at hand should you need anything. They arranged airport transfers at a very competitive cost which was so helpful. We stayed here during the month of February and it was a bit chilly outside - but the apartment was lovely and warm with the central heating - so no problems there! I have stayed at several apartments on this road over the past few years, and this one is excellent!

Cons: Loved everything about the property - the only issue may be for those with reduced mobility, as there are three flights of stairs to get to the apartment, which is situated on the top floor…. But if mobility isn't an issue - I can't think of anything negative to say.

Its perfect

Pros: Amazing location-5 min to st Peter square and 8 min to metro. Everything is like on the photos and in the description. Its really warm and no problem with not water. We stayed 6 people and it was really good. There is everything what is needed

Cons: No elevator but its in the description

If I am planning another trip to Rome, this will definitely be my first choice!

Pros: It is a very nice apartment which is maintained exceptionally well

Cons: Nothing much. Except for the waste disposal policy which was kind of confusing. We couldn’t find the dustbin anywhere!
