An overpriced yet nice, convenient and comfortable stay

Pros: Location, host, available space, terrace with jasmin

Cons: The van taxi agreed with the host charged 10% on arrival (pay by card), without prior agreement. The air-conditioning was not functioning properly and had to ask the host pass by and fix it. At least a welcome bottle of water in the fridge could make the difference.

A very enjoyable stay in an absolutely lovely flat that needs only a few tweaks to be outstanding.

Pros: The location of this apartment is top notch…close to everything, shops, sites, easy access to public transportation, yet it is just off the beaten tourist path. The apartment itself is bright, beautiful and very quiet. The towels and sheets, beds…all extremely lush and comfortable. There is so much storage! I also love the layout of the flat…the bedrooms are on the lower floor, the living space, terrace and kitchen are above, so those who sleep-in or go to bed early can do so in complete peace and privacy.

Cons: Unfortunately both bathrooms are on the lower level, which means lots of stair climbing. This was fine for me, but may be an issue for some. While the couches in the living room were good for lounging with your legs tucked up under you, they are as deep as a single mattress so, even with the extra throw pillows, they are not comfortable for just sitting and conversing. The terrace is a stunning addition, however, the plants were seriously wild, overgrown, and crowded the dining space. (I finally trimmed them back so that I could walk around without catching on vines, and sit at the table without getting poked by plants or bothered by bees.) Also, given the lux price of the flat, I would have expected to find soaps in the bathroom, a coffee pot (or at least a few pods for the nespresso) and perhaps a welcome folder listing area recommendations, apartment information, tips, etc.

Highly recommended for families or friends.

Pros: Vita has met us on the street in front of the apartment and walked us in. She provided all the information about the facilities and rules. The place is amazing. Exactly as on the pictures: large bedrooms with a lot of storage on the 1st floor and a living room with a terrasse and amazing view on the 2nd. AC works well. Perfect location: short walking distance from everywhere.

Cons: Everything was great.
