It is beautiful loft in Rome, I highly recommend :)
Pros: Very spacious apartament in beautiful style with interesting design :) location was also great, nearby shop, good local restaurants and cafes and everything you need to experience Rome!

It was lovely, relaxing, and beautiful!!
Pros: This accommodation was so beautiful!!! It was very spacious, we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It had beautiful architecture, and beautiful art decorating the walls, and had a very roman feel. Also, it was naturally a very cool temperature which was a relief from the heat!!! The bathroom was lovely, so spacious! The host was extremely kind and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

The best place if you don't like the hotels in the overcrowded tourist places
Pros: We had a pleasant stay at this place. Especially recommended for those who want the location apart from the very main tourist places but within walking distance of them. The apartment itself has a very unique vibe because it's been transformed from a loft on the -1 floor and retains a lot of individual marks, so if you've ever dreamed of being a barman, try it out. You will never feel a lack of space in this apartment, but somewhat the luck of the sun. There is a park nearby, so you can get through the green area to the Appian way, which is a great walk.
Cons: It would be better to have a bit more items for daily use in the kitchen, like a bottle-screw. What kind of a loft without a bottle-screw?

Pros: Appartamento pulito, ordinato, grande e comodo ad un garage. Il proprietario, se pur avvisato con poco anticipo, ci ha raggiunto 3 ore prima dell'orario concordato per farci il check in e non lasciarci ad aspettare. Vi ringrazio per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità. A presto

Fue muy agradable y pasamos unos días estupendos.
Pros: La ubicación es muy buena. A 10 minutos a pie tienes la parada de metro.
Cons: La luz es demasiado tenue en todas las estancias.

Appartamento grande e ben posizionato
Pros: Appartamento grande, arredato con gusto e ben posizionato in zona Appio Latino / Tuscolano (a ridosso del parco della Caffarella, a 10 min. a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ideale anche per famiglie. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.

Pros: La struttura si trova in un quartiere davvero molto tranquillo. L’appartamento è grande, dotato di tutto ciò che occorre per il soggiorno e, soprattutto, è fresco avendo soggiornato in un periodo molto caldo. L’appartamento è davvero molto bello ed è arredato in modo originale. Il bagno nuovo e confortevole, dotato di tutto. Il proprietario è stato sempre reperibile e ci ha accolto dandoci tutte le delucidazioni. Siamo stati fortunati anche nel trovare parcheggio davanti alla struttura e così abbiamo potuto muoverci in autonomia per le nostre esigenze.
Cons: Unica pecca è la mancanza di luce poiché l’appartamento è situato in basso rispetto al piano stradale. Tuttavia, il disagio è stato minimo.
