Comfortable, clean, good location to shops, cafes, public transport, park.

Pros: Bathroom and bedrooms very clean. Kitchen was quite clean. Overall the property was comfortable and warm.

Cons: These are more suggestions to improve the stay. Some of the dishes in the kitchen cupboard were not properly cleaned. There was only one teaspoon. The blinds and the window in the second bedroom need maintenance. Some drawers or extra shelves would be useful in the second bedroom. A couple of comfortable chairs in the living/dining area would be a nice addition.

Pros: Great location. Super helpful staff! Clean and comfortable.

Pros: Dirty blanket and towel left after previous visitors. We have to wait an additional 2 hours because apparent wasn't clean, noisy garage just behind the windows. Ourselves, we need to change the shower head.

modern and comfy

Pros: The apartment is really modern and nicely furnitured. The beds were very comfy, rather soft if one likes it. When we arrived at the flat there was only one role of toilet paper due to a misunderstanding and the hosts restocked promptly. The communication via WhatsApp was quick, friendly and efficient. I'd come back here.

Pros: The accommodation was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The entrance to the flat was very easy with the modern access system. The kitchen and the bathroom is well-equipped. In the bathroom there are hair dryer and hair curler, shampoo, shower bath, toilet paper. 3 pcs towels/person were prepared on the beds. Other supplies: iron, clothes dryer, washing machine. The host, Elena, was very nice and friendly. She informed us in advance about important information. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. There is a small café, a grocery store, several shops and a pharmacy nearby. The bus stop is two minutes away, with easy access to the centre or a 15 minute walk to the metro.

Cons: Some of the cutlery and glasses were not properly washed when we took them out of the cupboard, but this is an easily solved problem. One thing I really missed was the mosquito nets on the windows. Unfortunately, some mosquitoes came into the room when we ventilated the rooms.

Excellent apartment that I would highly recommend

Pros: The apartment was excellent, neat and clean ambience, comfy bedding, kitchen and spacious bathroom. Location was good, 1 km away from Metro but bus stop was nearby, many grocery stores in around, fully residential and safe area. I would highly recommend it.

Cons: The host was not at all responsive when I wanted to change my dates after my booking but booking dot com did an excellent job and made the changes. They never called me back after my multiple follow ups. However, the host helped well after reaching the apartment and answered many queries. The door lock opening with the app is a bit confusing initially but later it was ok. The apartment has no wine glasses (even though Italian wine is so famous), no hot water kettle and no toaster.

Comfy stay in quiet Roman neighbourhood

Pros: Clean. Quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and sufficient tableware and utensils. Appreciate the extra towels and toiletries in the bathroom. Washing machine works well. All appliances seem new. Vikey app worked well for accessing both the building and the apartment. Close to shops, cafés, restaurants and public transport. Beautiful Caffarella park is just a 5 minute walk away with groomed paths. Great for walks, jogging, biking, picnics.

Cons: Electricity kept shutting off when two appliances were used, i.e. the oven and the microwave/washing machine. Frustrating when trying to prepare a meal. Kitchen cloths and tea towels could be a benefit.The drawers in the main bedroom don't shut properly. They may need some adjustments.

Pros: apt is quiet and cool, a really nice sleep. it is very clean and comfortable. nice to find soap, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, and tea coffee salt oil in the kitchen.

Cons: there is no pnysical key, only online app. I'd add a tea towel for use in the kitchen.

Pros: Clean, great quiet location, wonderful communication
