[COLOSSEUM] Latin Romans Apartments

Nice stay

Pros: The location was close to the train station, about 10 min walk and there were different bus stops around.

Cons: The apartment was slightly below ground level, and when the window was open, cockroaches would occasionally come inside. When we used the shower, despite the cold weather, the hot water ran out twice and didn’t warm up again. And also, you could hear the sound of the cars even during sleep time.

Pros: The property is located just steps away from the bus stop. It’s exactly the same as mentioned in the description and pictures. Our host Iana was extremely helpful and gave us all the necessary information with seamless check-in and transport facilities. Hospitality provided by our host was exceptional and made our stay really comfortable. Excellent property with all the kitchen facilities that’s needed for a family. Would definitely recommend it and would love to stay in the future.

Nice and convenient.

Pros: Conveniently located near public transportation and even walking distance to colosseum. Very well equipped if you want to prepare something to eat. The host was very hospitable and a good communicator. The apartment looked as in the pictures from booking.

Cons: Nothing.

Everything was as we expected. It was worth staying at this apartment for what we paid.

Pros: The accommodation went very smoothly. The location was quite good, 20-25 min walk to the Colosseum (downtown). The cleanliness was also quite good. The apartment was exactly as it was exposed on Booking.com.

Cons: It is next to the road, but it's not that noisy. That is acceptable.

Clean and comfortable accommodation.

Pros: Extremely clean and new apartment. Sheets and towels so soft, comfortable bed. Lana was so helpful as we arrived so late at night and she met us.

Cons: Location, little far from cafes, restaurants and central.

Pros: The space, the cleanliness and the location close to public transportation and cafes. AC is provided. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: Unlike advertised, the toiletries are not provided (shampoo, body soap, not enough toilet paper for a few days stay...).towels are provided though.

Pros: Appartamento comodo, facile da raggiungere e ben posizionato. Struttura in ottime condizioni e riscaldamento efficiente. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Good price/value

Pros: Great place to stay at. Relatively close to all major attractions. The kitchen is fully functional with everything you’d expect in it. The couch in the living room does not have bed sheets nor blankets, found that out after checking in. Great communication with the host. Very balanced price/value ratio IMO

Ótimo custo benefício

Pros: Tudo novo e confortável, mercado próximo e 1km do metrô. É um pouquinho mais afastado do centro histórico, mas vale a economia e ainda assim, é tranquilo ir a pé.
