Perfect stay, would definitely come back again
Pros: Great location- really quiet side street but just minutes away from so many great restaurants. A short taxi ride from all the sights of Rome. Huge property with so much space so we could go out all morning, and then come back and chill out away from the heat of the day. Very quirky property which was perfect for our needs. Loved the swimming pool. And we appreciated having a dishwasher as well as a washing machine.
Cons: We could only find a bread knife, and normal knives, but no sharp knives. Otherwise the kitchen had everything you could wants

Wonderful property in a great location. We have a fabulous long weekend in Rome!
Pros: In a great location, 2 mins walk to the old town full of bars & restaurants in historic narrow streets.
Cons: Pool heating needs repairing

Fantastisk lägenhet och fantastiskt läge
Pros: En fantastisk lägenhet! Fantastiskt läge på lugn tyst gata men nära till allt. Poolen var mycket uppskattad av vår son! Skön säng och behaglig temperatur i lägenheten. Incheckningen var smidig, blev mött av en väldigt trevlig person som visade oss boendet.
Cons: Vi gillade allt! Skulle man anmärka på något så saknade vi en bra kniv och skärbräda, men det är småsaker. Hade även uppskattat någon form av bord vid sofforna i vardagsrummet

Wyjątkowy pobyt w wyjątkowym miejscu
Pros: Obiekt sam w sobie jest świetny , nietuzinkowy, lokalizacja bardzo wygodna , wszędzie blisko i fajna atmosfera samej dzielnicy Trastevere ze wspaniałymi restauracjami, basen jak na część apartamentu między kuchnią a salonem jest niesamowity , nawet na tyle głęboki i szeroki że dało się popływać, woda rześka ale gdy 40 stopni na zewnątrz to super! Są ręczniki , pościel , kosmetyki , suszarka do włosów, nawet pralnia , w kuchni ściereczki ,gąbeczki , płyn do mycia naczyń, zmywarka …nie musisz niczego przywozić , była też herbata ,kawa ,cukier sól etc.
Cons: Wszystko jest już troszkę stare i zużyte ale całkiem zadbane mimo to mam zastrzeżenia do sypialni- zostałam dotkliwie pogryziona w łóżku przez pluskwy materacowe , około 50 ugryzień! co niestety popsuło mi samopoczucie , dobrze by było aby właściciel coś z tym zrobił , nie jest to przyjemne doznanie dla gości . Mimo to chętnie bym tu wróciła pod warunkiem wymiany materaca i zlikwidowania robaków !

Zentrale und doch sehr ruhige Lage. Trastevere bietet viel- wir haben uns in diesen Stadtteil ver💕
Pros: Raoul war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er ermöglichte uns sogar am Anreisetag das Gepäck schon um 12 Uhr abzustellen und am Abreisetag erst um 17 Uhr abzuholen. Hierfür ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön. Die Lage war super. Alles konnte zu Fuß erreicht werden. Wir haben nur 2 mal den Bus genutzt. Die Wohnung mit dem indoor-Pool hatte Charme, leider aber ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Trotzdem würden wir hier wieder buchen, da die Vorteile dann doch überwiegen.
Cons: Leider war die Küche lediglich geeignet, uns das Frühstück zuzubereiten. Durch den deutlich in die Jahre gekommenen „Industrie-Style“ waren die Schubladen kaum zu öffnen, so mancher Gegenstand korrodiert. Der TV stand im Schlafzimmer, im riesigen Wohnzimmer kein TV. Die Stereoanlage war nicht angeschlossen. In beiden Badezimmern waren die Türen zur Dusche defekt. Bis warmes Wasser kam liefen gefühlt 100 Liter kaltes Wasser ungenutzt weg. Sehr schade.
