Pros: Lokacija odlična malo udaljena od centra ali ima i autobus i tramvaj jako blizu i brzo sa njima dođete na bilo koju lokaciju. Stadion Olimpico jako blizu, u blizini puno restorana ....

Cons: Znam da nije top klasa za te novce čak mogu razumjeti za vlagu što ima na nekoliko mjesta ipak je to podrum, ali ipak bi vlasnik trebao barem prašinu obrisati i očistiti hladnjak...
