Brilliant experience

Pros: Everything, nice furniture, spacious, functional, very pleasant and perfect location Self check-in super convenient Host very accommodating, I wasn’t feeling well the day of my departure and I was able to stay a few extra hours free of charge, and I really appreciate that. Thank you I will certainly come back here on my next time in Rome.

Cons: I can’t think of anything, I loved it

Amazing stay in Rome. Would most certainly repeat and highly recommend to everyone.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The hosts were friendly and helpful with tips about the local area and the city. The place was lovely - very comfy and home-like, location is good too with restaurants and stores close by.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti, non ho utilizzato la cucina ma ho notato che era attrezzata completamente.

Pros: Appartamento nuovo, a piano terra, accogliente, attrezzato completamente, pulitissimo. Le foto sul sito rispecchiano la realtà (sappiamo che non è sempre così)

Cons: Avrei voluto sapere prima del deposito cauzionale, questo però non incide minimamente sulla mia buonissima valutazione. La critica è rivolta soprattutto a Booking.com

Pros: solo pernottamento. precise istruzioni per prelevare ed utilizzare le chiavi. appartamento dal design elegante. ottimo per rilassarsi. spazi ampi e puliti. non ho utilizzato che camera e bagno per un semplice pernottamento e via, ma chi ne necessitasse per godersi qualche giorno, si troverebbe molto bene.

Cons: se non erro su booking non era specificato che mi sarebbe stata chiesta una caparra ulteriore, che ho dovuto corrispondere registrando la mia carta su sumup, avrei preferito prepararmi prima da casa a gestire il tutto più comodamente e consapevolmente.
