Pros: The apartment is situated very close to the city center, near by metro, train and buses. It is a very comfortable, minimalist but stylish property, where the entire group had a very good time.

We are happy with the hospitality that he provided we will definitely go back.

Pros: Federico was a very thoughtful host, our flight was delayed and he had no problem waiting for us at 4h in the morning. Very stylish apartment with big rooms and two bathrooms. Coffee and water was waiting for us in the apartment after the long trip. Federico have his own app for places to visit and listen to their history behind, in few languages which is very cool. Awesome video game machine it took me back to my childhood.

Cons: We were family of five it was a little bit difficult the first day to take a shower one after another there was no hot water. When we inform Federico the next day he came straight away and fix it.

Highly reccomend, you will enjoy Rome and your stay at that place!

Pros: I am very pleased with my stay. The apartment is very well located - very convenient access from Fiumicino airport, but also good to get to all the attractions in the city from there. The apartment is large, clean and well-designed, and has all the necessary things. An excellent attraction for children is a pinball machine with games. The owner of the apartment is super helpful, nice and ready to provide additional information. We highly recommend.

Feeling like at home

Pros: The property has very large and wide bedrooms, is also a quiet flat despite being surrounded by so many neighbours. Each bedroom is decorated and styled in details, with different colourful lights. There are two beautiful bathrooms, which they look renewed, and a comfortable kitchen with everything you need to cook, and straight in front there’s the dining table. There’s no living room but we didn’t mind since the bedrooms were so comfortably spacious and we stayed for a short time. Our favourite part as a family, we loved how communicative Federico (the host) showed his availability at any time, we just had a little issue with overpowering the house and the electricity went down, but we managed to find the main generator switch which is behind the game area at the entrance. Personally I appreciated that Federico has thought about my newborn and left us a soft and warm coat brand new for him, that was adorable. We can’t wait to be back there.

Cons: Everything was good

Pros: W mieszkaniu było wszystko. Bardzo pomocny właściciel. Idealna lokalizacja.

Comment joindre l'utile à l'agréable pour un séjour romain....

Pros: L'appartement est très bien situé (gare d'Ostenzie en face, station de métro Piramid à 300m, plusieurs bus sur la Piazzale dei Partiggiani). Il est très propre, pratique, fonctionnel, silencieux au 8 ème étage avec ascenseur, décoré avec goût et très agréable à vivre. Nos hôtes, deux frères, sont toujours disponibles, accueillants, réactifs et plein de gentillesse si on a un renseignement à leur demander.

Cons: Rien à dire... Nous souhaitons que Federico et Marcello restent aussi accueillants et bienveillants envers les personnes qui viennent disposer de cet appartement. Cela complète bien un séjour agréable à Rome.

Niet twijfelen. Boeken. Warm aanbevolen.

Pros: Federico was altijd bereikbaar en bijzonder flexibel wat betreft aankomst en vertrek. Een heel vriendelijke gastheer die een persoonlijke design touch gaf aan het appartement. Het appartement is ruim met heel comfortabele bedden en twee badkamers. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen airconditioning unit en een smarttelevisie (waardoor je ook op je eigen accounts van DAZN, Netflix,...) kan kijken. Voor wie wil koken (wij niet ;-)) is al het materiaal voorhanden. Er wachten ook koffiepads op de koffiedrinkers (wij niet ;-)). De locatie is heel rustig, veilig en centraal met een directe connectie tot FCO luchthaven met trein, metro connectie met Ostia Antica en verbindingen naar alle hoeken van Rome met bus en tram. Wij hebben van Rome, 10+ gelaterias, het appartement en de gastvrijheid genoten.

Cons: Niets

Estancia cómoda y buena relación calidad-precio

Pros: Apartamento bastante más grande de lo normal con tres habitaciones dobles y dos baños. Muy limpio, cómodo y muy bien equipado de todo. El anfitrión, Federico, muy atento y amable, preguntando a menudo si necesitábamos algo, y en ese caso, enseguida contesta y lo soluciona. Ubicación, está un poco alejado de todo el centro pero muy bien comunicado, justo delante dos estaciones de tren y numerosas líneas de autobús. De todas formas, para visitar Roma hay que andar mucho y coger transporte público, es muy grande y tiene mucho para visitar. Estancia excelente.

Execelenete opção para família!

Pros: O apartamento é novo, com uma estrutura excelente para 6 pessoas. Tudo estava limpo e organizado. Frederico é um excelente anfitrião que nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. Tem estação de ônibus, trem e metrô com fácil acesso. Em uma próxima visita a Roma, com certeza voltaria a ficar na Led House! Aos amigos brasileiros que estão procurando local, podem alugar sem medo!

Cons: Não temos reclamações

Pros: Mieszkanie ma trzy duże sypialnie , dwie duże łazienki i odpowiednio wyposażoną kuchnię. Największym plusem jest uczynność gospodarza.
