The perfect place to stay in

Pros: The vila was amazing. The rooms were very beautiful and clean. The breakfast Maria made was extraordinary. The surroundings of the villa are amazing and there is a direct view of the sea . Perfect . All the staff members were very kind and nice. Definitely will be back .

A wonderful 2 bed apartment with kitchen and dining in a great location.

Pros: A fantastic little apartment for a city break to Roma. The location is brilliant (Metro Line B is 4 minutes away, busses to Trestevere or Piazza Venezia just round the corner and pro-tip, get the train from Fiumicino to Ostiense then a short walk across the car park to the property). Newly decorated and furnished with a little kitchen, we cooked meals at home on a number of evenings. Alessandro, our host, was beyond helpful, nothing was too much trouble and everything we needed was provided. Highly recommend, we would return here in a heartbeat!

Amazing modern apartment with great transport links

Pros: Really nice and modern apartment, with AC in every room (very important to have in Rome over the summer). Location is great - 3 min walk to metro + a lot of bus links and train station with trains to Fiumicino. Appreciated the bottled water left in the fridge for us!

Cons: Nothing!

Romanamente comodo

Pros: La struttura è funzionale, pulita e di recente ristrutturazione. Ha un' ottima posizione per raggiungere la stazione ed il centro in quanto vicinissima al capolinea dei bus e alla fermata della metro. Ha un piccolo angolo cucina ed una doccia molto spaziosa e rilassante. In struttura sono presenti sia i termosifoni che il condizionatore che rendono l' ambiente caldo ed accogliente. Abbiamo molto apprezzato \

Cons: La struttura è in una posizione eccellente (c'è capolinea dei bus e la fermata metro è vicinissima) tuttavia nelle immediate vicinanze, intendo nel raggio di 300metri, non abbiamo riscontrato la presenza di validi ristoranti o bar.

Pros: Stanza bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. Pulita e accogliente. C'erano le cialde per il caffè, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, balsamo e persino un phon con il diffusore.

Pros: Удобное расположение, близость к метро и вокзалу. Чистая новая мебель, приятный дизайн интерьера. Отзывчивый и внимательный владелец. Очень вкусно пахнет в коридоре:)

Cons: Не было микроволновки и утюга:(

Pros: la ubicacion,hay estacion de tren,paradas de autobuses y estacion de metro todo a 1 minuto.

Cons: no pudieron guardarnos las maletas para aprobechar mejor el ultimo dia

Pros: Appartement très bien situé par rapport aux transports en commun (gare, métro et bus) à moins de 10min à pied. Appartement confortable, bien équipé dans un immeuble sécurisé.

Pros: 우리는 eataly를 방문하기위해 이숙소를 예약했습니다 첫날은 찾아가는데 정보가약해서 엄청고생하고 가방도 털리고했지만 나중에보니 위치가 너무좋았습니다 전철역바로앞에위치한 깨끗하고 가성비좋은 숙소였습니다 공항가는날 친구가 여권을잃어버려 숙소주인분한테 전화하고 하는상황에서도 직접 숙소가서 찾아바주시고 응답을 친절히 해주셔서 너무감사했습니다

Cons: 없었습니다

Pros: la posizone ottima, tutto nuovo molto funzionale e ben organizzato e attrezzato. moderno e con ottime rifiniture . buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons: purtroppo un letto dei due non era fatto ma abbiamo rimediato. le zone comuni condominiali sono un po' trasandate.
