Suite Laterani 3 bedrooms with parking

Great location!

Pros: The location is excellent. Giuliano, the host, was very nice. The house was very comfortable and clean.

Cons: All was great except for tiny details. The house could have a little repairs.

Great base for family stay in Rome

Pros: Lovely size, nice array of kitchen goods, kitchen facilities useful for family. Good sized apartment - beds for all - no sofa beds. Clean apartment. Host let us leave bags early and collect them after check out. Well located and close to hospital and walking distance to colloseum.

Cons: We arrived early. The host graciously offered for his cleaner to take delivery of suitcases before our arrival but it was still over 2hrs before we could leave bags. I guess this is the downside in general of apartment vs hotel. Kettle was not working and water pressure was average. I had a physical fall and fracture and had hoped the owner would assist my appointment making given less english

Nice apartament and gentle staff

Pros: Spacious, warm apartament. The owner was gentle, careful and helpful.

Cons: Pillows were thin and uncomfortable for our preferences. And much more attention to pay to the cleaning

Good location to explore Rome on foot

Pros: The apartment is very well located – within walking distance of the Colosseum and close to a metro station. There is also a well-stocked supermarket nearby. On-site parking is a valuable asset. The fact that each room has air conditioning was a real advantage during our stay. Communication with the host was efficient and pleasant.

Pros: Apartment was good, a lot of space for a family. All rooms equipped with AC, dedicated parking space. Pretty close to the city centre.

Cons: Dishwasher is very old and useless.

Pros: Świetne miejsce na rodzinny pobyt! 😊 Apartament jest bardzo przestronny i idealny dla naszej 6-osobowej rodziny – każdy miał dla siebie wygodne miejsce. Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja: bardzo blisko przystanek metra i autobusowy, więc łatwo można dostać się w każde miejsce w mieście. W okolicy znajduje się też sklep, co było ogromnym ułatwieniem

Safe and convenient base for sightseeing is a great value for tourists willing to explore public transportation options.

Pros: The spacious apartment had two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and a nice, well appointed kitchen with many amenities. We were within easy walking distance of bus stops and metro stations in a safe neighborhood with layers of security to our front door. Very handy to have a grocery store and cafe across the street! The colosseum is about a 25 min walk from the apartment. We especially appreciated our kind and accommodating host! He was always ready to help and answer our questions. You really can’t go wrong with this rental!

Cons: I can’t add any negatives. The place is a great value. For a family willing to take public transportation to the tourist and pilgrimage sites.
