Rare Seed Trastevere is a real gem in a lovely neighbourhood for those who want a more authentic experience

Pros: Our lovely host greeted us and gave us the best restaurant recommendations that were just minutes from the apartment. The apartment is tastefully appointed, cosy, bright and clean. The bed was comfy and the water pressure & hotwater was great. The location is so convenient. I would highly recommend Rare Seed Trastevere if u want a convenient spot to call home in Rome, away from touristy mania.

Cons: There is nothing I don’t like about the place. Just note that there are a few steps up and down to get to the apartment, but easy enough for my 85 year old father to manage.

Pros: Een modern, stil en proper appartement voor 4 personen in een fantastische wijk. Heel vlot contact met de eigenaar.

Cons: Geen opmerkingen, de eigenaar kwam op onze vraag zelf een caffetiere brengen.

Cons: Oppassen met douchen , afvoer niet al te best , daardoor snel alles kletsnat.

Pros: Appartamento molto pulito e curato nell’arredamento. Molto silenzioso. Posizione top in Trastevere.

Cons: Poco luminoso nonostante le finestre presenti in ogni stanza perché affacciano su cortili interni

Pros: Ik had aangegeven hoe laat we ongeveer in Rome zouden arriveren en gedurende de reis nam de eigenaar al proactief contact op via Whatsapp. Bij aankomst stond hij ons op te wachten om de sleutel te overhandigen en hij de code van de voordeur+wifi gaf. Gedurende het verblijf goed contact gehad met de eigenaar die snel reageerde. Fantastisch modern appartement waar we weinig tot geen gehorigheid hebben ondervonden en in een wijk in Rome waar je maar al te graag vertoefd. Keuken had koelkast en basic ontbijtbenodigdheden als waterkoker, bestek, borden en bekers. De bedden waren goed en de badkamer modern en ook goed. Kortom, als je het budget hebt, this is the place to be!

Cons: Ik kan oprecht niets bedenken wat ons tegenviel tijdens ons verblijf.
