Pros: The hostess was very kind and helpful. The place of the apartment is terrific - near Capitol Hill, a 2-4 min walk to the Forum, and a 10 min walk to Coliseum; the best place for tourists who leave the app in the 7 mornings and come back for a short break, refreshments and go to the city again.

Cons: The app is more appropriate for 2 people, however 4 persons can stay too.

Good value for the money and perfect for young people who love walking around or can get away with an electric bike

Pros: Great value for the money, very well equipped kitchen with everything that you need for cooking (pots, 6p plate set, olive oil, salt and pepper; except for sugar), the hosts prepared some snaks for us, water and juice, detergent for doing the dishes - unexpected and really nice of them. Great variety of towels and a lots of toys for kids. Very calm street and available electrical bikes nearby. Beautiful scenery of the entire archeological park.

Cons: The location - being in the historical center, there was a walk of at least 10m to the nearest bus stop - colosseum was on the other side of the archeological parc - nice scenery and walking, but not ideal for families with kids, especially not for doing it everyday. Also, the appartment was situated at the last floor (3rd but large floors) and there was no elevator (for us with 2 small kids and luggages it was a bit of an effort; there was only one shop next door but it was closed pretty early in the evening - and only 2 restaurants (closed until 12:30pm for breakfast and lunch and then opened up for dinner starting 7:30pm). And a neighbour downstairs who was knocking in the walls at 8:00 am because we were walking in the apartment and we were disturbing her. She did that everyday :) Because of the structure of the building we could also hear the next door neighbours when talking - for us this was not an issue

Pros: La posizione innanzitutto. La struttura con letto a ponte rende l’appartamento spazievole benché piccolino. Non manca nulla

Cons: Le finestre danno su dei cortili interni un po’ disordinati e sporchi che però immagino non dipendano dalla gestione dell’appartamento in sé.

Pros: Két kisgyerekkel voltunk, tökéletesen megfelelt minden elvárásunknak. A tulajdonos nagyon figyelmes, mindennel fel volt szerelve a lakás. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés, csendes, kis utcában.

Pros: Tutto perfetto , appartamento piccolo ma dotato di ogni comfort.. tanti giochi per i bimbi disponibili , Emanuela super disponibile, posizione ottima per girare Roma a piedi .. ci torneremo sicuramente ;)
