Pros: The location is amazing,easy walking to go to the city,nice restaurants. Really quiet neighborhood. The bed is comfortable and the penthouse was a super nice bonus.

Cons: Just one problem,hot water. I think it's a general problem in Rome but in two days we had to wait for a shower. There's a nice bath but we couldn't use it.

Great location and comfortable stay

Pros: Perfect location, close o Forum Romanum and Colloseum but quiet and peaceful. Large rooms, well equipped and cosy; in the kitchen you will find all you need. Very good service by the receptionist- helpful and supportive. Video how to enter apartement a big plus! Beds are comfortable and wide, good wifi. Near the small, local shop.

Pros: Perfect location. Very spacious. Well equipped. Staff extremely helpful.

Cons: The only negative issue was the hot water. Not enough for us both to shower one after other we had to do one on morn and one in eve.

Great location and spacious apartment

Pros: It was a large and spacious apartment, within walking distance of the main attractions. Even the Vatican was about a 30-minute walk, so everything is manageable on foot. The location was quiet and pleasant. The staff were very friendly. The only downside was the bed and mattress — they could have invested in a better mattress, as a good night's sleep is essential after long, intense days.

Pros: It was very close to the historic center, there was free parking available right next to the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, it had everything you could want and need.

It was lovely and comfortable

Pros: Right around the corner of the Roman forum and smack in the middle of old Rome. As for the property, it had a lift which is great. Spacious, two big windows which was godsent for the hot summer days.

Cons: Finding parking was a task. We drive around the in circles for a while with the property caretaker and then found parking a good 10 minutes walk away

Pros: Very spacious clean apartment, lots of space to sleep, can fit 5-6 people. Has a nice terrace, kitchenette, bathroom, AC working. Location is perfect near everything. Easy acces to the apartment with all the explanations needed.

Cons: The hot water did not work, we stayed only one night and we survived a cold water shower. The pillows are a big too big and hard.
