I Can definitely recommend this apartment for all

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect – only about a 10-minute walk to the Vatican and just 2 minutes to the train station. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the great communication with the host. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, yet close to shops and within easy reach of the city center. A lovely bonus was the balcony with a table, perfect for enjoying breakfast.

Cozy and clean

Pros: Great location, just a 2-minute walk from both the bus and train stations, and close to the Vatican. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. Lovely balcony with a warm, local neighborhood feel.

Stylish apartment a short walk from the centre!

Pros: Lovely design with great finishing touches! Quiet and comfortable, and there is free parking which is a great bonus! Felt very safe here, it’s a little further out from the centre but we were happy to walk/take Lime bikes, and it’s very good value for what you get! Check in instructions were very good and easy to follow. Would happily recommend this place. Grazie Mille Flaminia!

Pros: The Appartman is very clear and modern. There are everything we needed for our 5 days staying. It is on walking distance from many sightseeings in Rome (if you are ready to walk daily about 10 km in two direction). The public parking was available any time. The owner of App gave us all necessary instruction how to get keys from safe box and gave us possibility to pay staying fee in App.

Pros: I loved the apartment and the decor. It is quite cozy and had all the amenities we required. Definitely recommed. Check in was also pretty smooth. The instructions left by Flaminia were simple and easy to follow.

Cons: The location is a little bit far from the main attractions, but ubers are quite affordable in Rome so it was not a big issue for us.

Pros: We really enjoyed the apartment. It was clean, well-equipped, and offered a lovely view from the balcony. The host was always in touch and readily available to assist us.

Amazing accomodation that made our stay in Rome unforgettable!

Pros: The apartment was absolutely amazing! Very clean, well equipped, stylish. Its location is close to San Pietro railway station and Vatican City. We appreciated communication with our host Flaminia that was very helpful and pleasant. We can highly recommend!

Cons: There was nothing we disliked. What we could recommend to make the stay even more likeable would be a big mirror, microwave oven and thicker blankets.

It was great, Flamina is a good host and easy reachable!

Pros: It was very clean and located very good in rome close to vatican. The airco was very good!

Cons: Airco and electric stove could not be on at the same time

Pros: Sehr hübsch eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht, von Bügeleisen über Kaffeemaschinen bis hin zur voll ausgestatteten Küche. Schöner kleiner Balkon mit Blick auf das Silvesterfeuerwerk.

Frumos

Pros: Totul foarte curat. Înăuntru cam tot ce ai nevoie, dar în cantități foarte limitate. Spre exemplu erau doar 6 capsule pentru expresor, pentru 2 persoane pentru 7 zile. Zona este foarte liniștită, foarte aproape de gara St Pietro (la 1 min de mers pe jos). Foarte aproape de Vatican și la distanțe rezonabile de orice obiectiv din centrul Romei.

Cons: Cantitățile insuficiente de produse de genul cafea pentru expresor, ceea ce te obligă să îți cumperi singur. Și asta nu ar fi o problemă, dar nu găsești foarte ușor capsule pentru acel tip de expresor.
