A fantastic base to get out and see the sights of Rome - book it now!
Pros: From booking to leaving the property, we couldn’t have had a better overall experience. Clear communication from the host, and when we queried one (extremely minor and that would have had no real impact on our enjoyment) thing the host addressed it within 24 hours. Fantastic location, all the facilities as described and if anything the flat is a lot bigger than the pictures suggest! The balcony was lovely for early evening too. We had a fantastic time and couldn’t recommend more highly!
Cons: Nothing - the description of the property and facilities if anything undersells how lovely it is and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Perfect apartment, you will find literally everything you need. Localisation is great, Vatican 5 min walk, train and bus station in 2 minutes. View as in the picture 😉. Instructions provided by host were very helpful. Nearby there are supermarkets, local shops and restaurants with awesome food, we especially recommend local bakery Garage Forno

Great accomodation with a breathtaking view
Pros: The location is excellent and the view is breathtaking. The room is very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Not much to complain about, but perhaps a better heating system would have made our stay more comfortable.

It was extraordinary
Pros: I loved everything about this apartment and the people, who managed it. The place and the view are spectacular. It's really easy to get anywhere you want because of the location. Our flight was delayed and we came to our apartment very late, but all our tiredness was quenched by the gifts left by our hosts, which immediately evoked the holiday spirit. Also, the host's kindness is exceptional, they wrote me before our vacation and during it, just to make sure everything was going great. It was a very pleasant stay, I loved Rome and I will definitely come back and I'm pretty sure that I will stay in this apartment! :)

Cloud 9 feeling, million dollar view and a week worth remembering.
Pros: The location was great, close to Vatican/St.Peter Basilica and although access to the apartment is uphill, the views make up for that, since they are breathtaking. The apartment has been recently redecorated, and the bathroom was very clean and new. There's a huge terrace and also the usual amenities like coffee maker, washing machine, cutlery, hairdryer etc. Lastly, but most important, the host Giulia was extremely hospitable, attentive and made the communication even prior to our arrival, very friendly and pleasant. We were welcomed with a tasty traditional italian pie - crostata, small bottle of prosecco as well as many packed pieces of toast and of course jam for breakfast.
Cons: Slippers would have been a nice touch, since I always forget mine, but that's just me. Everything else was better than I expected - chef's kiss.

Lovely, we recommend this place!
Pros: We loved this place and definitely recommend it! 👏👏 The apartment is new, beautifully decorated, very clean. The beds are comfortable, shower works perfectly. The building and the neighborhood feel safe. We appreciate the lovely Italian hospitality: oranges, cookies and superb quality coffee. We were surprised with Easter chocolates for our children. ❤️ Location is very convenient, steps away from the station of buses and trains to the city center and the airport.
Cons: At this moment (April 2024) there are construction works at the San Pietro station, of which Google maps is not aware. We walked a lot upon our arrival to get from the station to the apartment. 🙈 However, besides the main underground corridor (momentally closed, but Google keeps insisting on it), there is another one on the very end of platform 5, and this one connects the station to the apartment in just a few minutes walk. We discovered it the following morning. 😅

Miejsce na pewno godne polecenia
Pros: Rewelacyjna (jak dla nas) lokalizacja i widok na kopułę Bazyliki Świętego Piotra. Lokal położony przy stacji pociągowej, do której można dojechać z lotniska (z jedną bezproblemową przesiadką) oraz z którego można szybko i tanio dojechać na lotnisko. Bardzo wygodny system otwierania budynku i lokalu poprzez udostępnioną aplikację elektroniczną (nie ma konieczności korzystania z fizycznego klucza).
Cons: Zbyt mała ilość ręczników jednorazowych i papieru na cały pobyt. Przemrożona zamrażarka w lodówce uniemożliwiająca skorzystanie z niej. Niektóre sprzęty wymagają drobnego przeglądu (np. odkamienienie czajnika, udrożnienie odpływu pod prysznicem).

Ottima posizione per visitare Roma
Pros: Posizione strategica per visitare Roma e accedere ai mezzi, bellissima la vista su San Pietro. Monolocale esteticamente gradevole, perfetto per due persone, ma vivibile anche in 4 per una breve vacanza. L'ascensore arriva al 5 piano ma, se uno non ha problemi fisici particolari, la rampa di scale che porta al sesto piano non è eccessiva e non costituisce alcun problema.
Cons: Andrebbe fatta una revisione di alcuni elementi un po' rovinati dall'uso, come alcune stoviglie (i piatti in particolare) e il porta asciugamani in bagno.
