Amazing overall! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something a very central and spacious apartment.

Pros: Location was amazing. It was my third time in Rome and this apartment was by far the greatest location I’ve chosen so far. Host was very welcoming, had great suggestions when we asked for it and solved everything that came up quickly.

Cons: The second bathroom needs a little love and the apartment lacks a full length mirror.

Pros: Our hosts were extremely helpful and prompt with replies to questions. The apartment was cozy and comfortable and in a very central location.

A very comfortable, relaxing apartment right in the centre of Rome.

Pros: A very comfortable, relaxing apartment right in the centre of Rome. The property has charm and character, and is full of modern conveniences including air conditioning, hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, so it feels like a home from home. It’s in a vibrant area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops, and is within walking distance of the Pantheon, Colosseum and Vatican, so it’s a perfect base for sightseeing or just staying local and taking it easy.

Would book again

Pros: Perfect location with a bus stop right in front of the door and easy walking to most tourist attractions we planned to visit. The interior was really Italian and good atmosphere in the apartment.

Cons: Few minor things came up but the staff was super nice and helpful.

Spacious apartment near Plazza Navona

Pros: A spacious apartment perfect for a family with teenagers as there is a second bedroom on the loft floor. Good to know there is a washing machine, ironing board and iron and kitchen appliances (although we didn't use those things). The location of the apartment is central, everything can be reached on foot. Many good restaurants are surrounding the apartment. And most importantly the staff who were very supportive and helped us with every question we had, booked us a transfer from the airport and back (a very comfortable Mercedes Vito) and helped us book a restaurant we wanted to visit. We enjoyed our time in this apartment much!

Cons: The only downside is that the loft bed is too short for people over 180cm tall.

Beautiful apartment in a very convenient location!

Pros: Location was perfect - close to the old town and transport options. Decoration of the apartment was very charming. Everything we needed was available and great communication with the hosts.

Cons: Layout of the apartment was unusual for a group but this was clearly communicated to us in the information about the apartment so we were aware.

An absolute little gem in the centre of Rome...

Pros: Excellent location, despite the street sound, but as expected in the centre of Roma... Clean beds, comfortable, plenty of towels and toilet facilities incl a wonderful bidet. Small kitchenette perfect for a rainy evening and cooking some pasta... 2 mins walk to some wonderful restaurants and bars A complete and wonderful guide in English to Rome and attractions, restaurants, tips on behaviour and caveats. And yes, I read it almost fully... Excellent comms and help available through phone and WhatsApp...

Cons: Pricey, but hey, it's centre of Rome... Sounds from the smart buses in Rome(voice over) at 6 am in the morning...but hey, it is the centre of Rome... Feel a recurring theme here?

Pros: This accommodation is located in one of the most convenient and safe locations in Rome. All of Roma's tourist attractions can be reached on foot, and local popular and reasonably priced restaurants are located in the alley behind the accommodation. The accommodation is very nice, big and clean. It is especially suitable for traveling as a family of four. There is an elevator in the building and plenty of towels are provided, so we didn't have to ask for more during our 4-day trip. I was able to drink delicious capsule coffee every morning. After shopping at a nearby supermarket, you can cook in the hotel's kitchen. There is a surprising amount of silverware and wine glasses. You can use the dishwasher after eating. There was a washing machine so I was able to do laundry, which was essential during the long trip. Contact with the manager was possible in real time without delay and was very friendly. I would be happy to recommend it to anyone I know who is visiting Roma.

Cons: The circuit breaker tripped shortly after turning on the air conditioner heater(The washing machine was running at the same time). Fortunately, I easily found the breaker box next to the door and restored it, but I did not use the air heater during the trip. Whether the electric capacity is exceeded or a short circuit occurs, the cause will need to be found and resolved in the long term.

Pros: It’s a big flat. Excellent location (can’t be better) Very comfortable mattress Tall ceiling Classic Roman decor a style - it has a character Very easy to communicate with the host

Cons: The location is perfect, but the flat is situated on a busy main road, and the noise can sometimes become unbearable. When the windows are closed, it's fine, and we couldn't hear much of the noise. We were able to sleep easily with the AC. Keep in mind that everywhere in Rome is noisy as it's a very noisy city.
