Pros: Our stay at Luciano's apartment in Rome was absolutely perfect! Everything was completely new, beautifully furnished, and super clean. The metro was just around the corner, which made it very easy to explore all of Rome. The location itself was ideal to enjoy the real Italian lifestyle, with local cafés, shops, and authentic charm all around. We couldn't have asked for a better place and would love to come back!

Pros: El apartamento es realmente impecable, cómodo, bonito, cerca a transporte público y rodeado de tiendas, cafés, restaurantes por ejemplo, McDonald’s, KFC . etc, recomiendo en un 100% este apartamento.

Pros: Limpieza y muebles poco uso. No está céntrico, pero bien comunicado. Gracias por la estancia.

Cons: No es fácil comunicarse con la propiedad. Inflexibles en la hora entrada 15:30 y salida 10h. Microondas sería estupendo.

Comfortable and clean apartment with close proximity to public transport. Free on-street parking

Pros: Free street parking and proximity to public transport. Bus 85 was easy to take from nearby to get into the center of Rome. Metro stations Furio Camillo also nearby. Regional trains station Tuscolana is also close. Only thing to keep in mind is buy metro 24/48h pass from metro station ot Tabacci shop. The lift was working during our stay. So we had no issues.

Cons: Neighborhood is typical of major big cities- less clean and in nights street lighting are dim and give grimmer and unsafe feeling. We didn’t encounter anything untoward or bad and actually felt like being part of a lively residential area.

Pros: Ho adorato tutto dell'appartamento. È tutto nuovo e super confortevole. Siamo una famiglia di cinque persone ed è stato perfetto. La zona è incantevole, si trova tutto il necessario e ci si può spostare in autobus senza problemi. Altamente raccomandato.

Pros: Locația aproape de metrou si autobus, zona linistita, sigura. Mobilier nou, saltea pat cu memorie, curatenie, jaluzele pentru a dormi in intuneric. Recomand cu drag!

Cons: Auzeam tot ce vorbeau vecinii si la ce se uitau la tv, cand le suna telefonul. Peretii foarte subtiri...
