Excellent location, comfort and convenience

Pros: Valentina was super welcoming and gave us lots of tips. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had a group of six people, and it was an excellent experience. It's located just a few meters from the metro, so getting around was very easy, and there are several shops and markets nearby.

A spacious and well-located apartment that provided a comfortable base for exploring Rome with a group.

Pros: The apartment comfortably accommodated our group of 6, which can be hard to find in Rome. It was surprisingly spacious, with good airflow and working air conditioning, which was much appreciated as the weather was warmer than expected. While the apartment is older, everything was clean and in working condition. We also appreciated how well soundproofed the space was despite being in a lively area — the double-glazed windows did an excellent job.

Cons: There was some noise from the street and surrounding area, but the sound insulation inside helped a lot.

Pros: Okolica na pewno spokojniejsza niż ścisłe centrum, jednak ulica dość ruchliwa. Zaletą lokalizacji jest bliskość stacji metra oraz przystanków autobusowych, co pozwalało na szybki dojazd do turystycznych miejsc Rzymu. Samo mieszkanie czyste, zadbane. Znajduje się w klimatycznej włoskiej kamienicy. Właściciel Leonardo jest bardzo pomocny, można na niego liczyć w każdej kwestii.

Awesome place

Pros: Marble floors, balcony, air conditioned and central heated with a main bathroom and an en suite. The cleaner is a lovely lady too. The owner was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it. .

Pros: Valentina è eccezionale. Ho prenotato l'appartamento per amici ed è stata estremamente disponibile e attenta a tutte le loro esigenze. Soprattutto nel momento in cui ho avuto necessità di modificare date e aggiungere giorni di pernottamento. Anche in fase di check-out, è stata assolutamente disponibile rispetto alle nostre esigenze orarie. L'appartamento poi è molto grande ed estremamente pulito e accogliente. La posizione è perfetta (fermata metro a 50mt dal portone) per raggiungere tutte le zone della città.

Pros: Locație aproape de metrou, acces rapid la centru . Restaurante, market, farmacie, magazine in apropiere. Zonă liniștită și sigură . Apartament spațios , destul de confortabil pentru sejururi scurte ( 2 -3 nopți ) .
