Pros: We had a late check-in, the owner was always in touch, Alessio is very kind. The apartment is large and comfortable, there were 7 of us, there was enough space for everyone. Each room and the kitchen have air conditioning, it really helps when it's hot. The area is quiet, there is a metro and bus stops nearby, you can get to any point in Rome. We really enjoyed our stay in Rome! Thank you, Alessio!

Pros: Everything was in general ok , small things needs to be improved

Cons: we missed the electric kettle for tea preparation. According the kitchen is very well equipped, but some standard things as elektric kettle is missing. ( the kitchen is equipped f.e. with mixer and another things over standard )

Pros: Perfect to stay with kids, you can find everything you need (coffee machine, kitchen and everything you need to prepare some food), washing and drying machines. Not too far from main centre (4 stops by subway).

Cons: By the time we stayed the building was being renowated so the views through windows wasn't good (but it's temporary and not a big deal). The apartments are huge with many seperate rooms and if you are only a small family maybe it's not so cozy because of very big areas and many empty rooms).

Pros: It’s a lovely apartment in Rome not to far from the centre. The Host is really nice and helpful. All the room are very spacious and super clean. He had extra Chargers there which was so cool and the Balcony is huge. The apartment has two bathrooms which is great for bigger groups and it also has a washing machine.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement proche des commodités et bien équipé.

Pros: C'était bien situé, transports publiques proches. L'appartement avait tous les équipements nécessaires pour une famille.

Cons: Nous aurions souhaité avoir plus d'indications sur la gestion des poubelles (on a eu les informations à la fin du séjour). L'eau du bac de la climatisation débordait, on aurait voulu avoir des informations sur ce qu'il fallait faire.

Pros: Si, la struttura molto grande , situata in un grande palazzo composto da : 3 camere da letto più divano letto in sala , cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici, due bagni , lavanderia . Appartamento dotato di lenzuola e asciugamani , phone per capelli. Pulito . Alessio il referente super gentile e disponibile, torneremo sicuramente

Cons: peccato la signora della porta accanto che si è lamentata in maniera un po’ sgarbata del rumore della tv a sua detta Alto alle 20:00 di sera Letti non comodissimi soprattutto il divano letto

Para repetir, sin duda!

Pros: La ubicación, cerca del metro y paradas de bus, la amplitud de las habitaciones, así como poder tener lavadora y secadora. Fuimos un grupo de 6 amigos, y en ningún momento nos sentimos agobiados por la falta de espacio. Es genial para grupos.

Cons: Echamos de menos una tostadora de pan y un escurridor. La entrada a la ducha en el baño pequeño es muy estrecha, a las personas grandes les costaba entrar... El colchón de la habitación principal si fuese más grueso sería perfecto.
