Beautiful apartment, convenient and safe location

Pros: The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean. Had a fully equipped kitchen with modern furniture. Great location close to subway, shops and nice restaurant. The SuperMercato is on 5 minutes. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Pros: Very nice apartment for family. Location is great as is only 5 minutes walking to underground and train stations. Michelle was very helpful and he has suggested to us some amazing Italian restaurants.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and the owner very helpful. Nearby are a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy. The metro is 5-10' on foot.

Cons: There is air conditioning only in 1 room but with the doors open it is ok for both rooms

Pros: We stayed for 5 days in these apartments. The place is really close to the metro and in easy accessibility to all the sights of Rome. We had a great vacation. Not far from the house is a supermarket and pizzeria with reasonable prices. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary: a hairdryer, kitchen utensils, shampoo, gel, towels, air conditioning in one of the rooms. We did not have an iron, but the owner organized it for us during the day. Each room has a TV, with Netflix and YouTube connected. We had a small problem with the leakage of water in the shower, which the owner partially corrected during our stay, and I am sure he will fix it after our departure. Special thanks for the delicious coffee from the coffee machine and ease of communication with the owner. Thank you for your hospitality!

Woning is prima voor een gezin van 4 personen, je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Het appartement is heel dichtbij de metr

Pros: De woning was netjes, hygiënisch, en je had alles wat je nodig had.

Cons: Koffiezetapparaat werkte helaas niet goed. Er mag wel een kwalitatief beter koffiezetapparaat komen.

Pros: Locatie aproape de metrou,la parter,curata, bine întreținută.

Cons: Unul dintre paturi a fost foarte inconfortabil si făcea un sunet urat la cea mai mica mișcare. Apartament micuț (bucătăria este pe hol).Aparatul de aer conditionat este intr-unul dintre dormitoare asa ca a trebuit sa dormim cu ușa deschisa ca sa ajungă aerul rece si la cei din celalalt dormitor.

Pros: La propreté la facilité pour le Check in et la possibilité de pouvoir garer dans la rue

Cons: La literie qui grince et qui est peu confortable L absence de climatisation dans une des chambres Le fait que l appartement soit en réa de chaussée avec une odeur de renfermé

Pros: Ubicación cerca de parada de metro donde puedes ir a los sitios principales de Roma. La atención de Michelle que estuvo en contacto con nosotros en todo momento para facilitar la entrada, incluso nos permitió entrar un rato antes del tiempo estipulado para poder dejar las maletas

Cons: Solo que es una casa interior y hace que huela a humedad en el piso. Faltaría un microondas
