Pros: The apartment is huge with two bedrooms, a large living room, bathroom, and a beautiful kitchen area with everything you may need. I requested a parking space in the garage, which was available for a small extra fee. If you don't have a car the bus stop is right there in front of the apartment complex, with quick connections to the rest of EUR, Tre Fontane, etc.. If you want to visit the Tre Fontane sanctuary or the monastery you can get there on foot. Flavio is also a great host, very responsive and attentive to the guest's needs.

Pros: המארחת פדריקה היתה נחמדה מאוד וחיכתה לנו עם המפתחות והראתה כל מה שצריך. הדירה גדולה ומרווחת ונקייה מאוד באזור שקט ובטוח

Cons: הדירה מרוחקת מאוד מרומא ואם המטרה לטייל במרכז רומא אז היא לא מתאימה בכלל. הכדי להגיע לעיר יש אוטובוס קרוב מאוד אבל לוקח כשעה ובשעות העומס אפילו קצת יותר. מוניות יקרות מידי . זה היה מאכזב ולא הצלחנו להבין זאת מראש. כדירה שקרובה לשדה התעופה פיומצ'ינו היא בהחלט מתאימה . בנוסף סופר מרקט או אפילו מכולת לא קרוב כלל לדירה וללא רכב אין אפשרות להצטייד באוכל.

Pros: Sehr gut gelegen. Wir konnten früher in die Wohnung und auch länger bleiben. War alles unkompliziert. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht ☺️ Wir würden wieder buchen

Cons: Die Stühle in der Küche etwas unbequem 🙈

Pros: Struttura pulita, in una posizione molto comoda, zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Appartamento nuovo e ben fornito di qualsiasi cosa necessaria. Federica gentilissima e disponibile.

Cons: Nulla

Pros: Todo! El piso espectacular, todo muy limpio, amplio y bonito. La zona residencial muy tranquila. Con una parada de bus justo en la puerta. La comunicacion con el dueño muy buena, siempre atento a nuestras peticiones y nos ayudó a dejar las maletas antes de tiempo para poder ir más comodos a hacer turismo. Muy recomendable!

Lovely apartment in a quiet part of Rome

Pros: The host was easy to communicate with and met us to give the keys and show the property. The property was lovely, very spacious and the two outdoor deck areas were the best part, lovely to sit outside and read. The location isn't Central Rome, but there are nearby restaurants and some shops for groceries. It was right near where we needed to be, but definitely know you are not centrally located.

Cons: There were some coffee and tea left that were highlighted as a perk/benefit, but only four nespresso pods were left which was enough for two people two mornings of our five day stay. The store near us didn't sell nespresso, so we just switched to tea. This was not a big deal by any means, just disappointing I couldn't easily resupply my own nespresso

Pros: Appartamento confortevole e pulito. Giardino esterno bello! Gentilezza e estrema disponibilità da parte del proprietario! Consigliatissimo!
