Pros: Very comfy and clean apartment. The location is perfect, close to the metro to the city center and walking distance from the Vatican. Andrea is a great host. Our holidays in Rome were fantastic!

great stay in Rome

Pros: The property is located just a short walk from a metro station which makes it easy move around Rome. Also, not too far from the city centre. Check-in was very easy and straightforward. Andrea kept in touch and made sure all was in order! Room was spacious and modern. Bonus points for the Nespresso Machine and coffee pods provided - that was amazing!! Breakfast is provided at a local café and was good enough: fresh cornetto, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee! Also, wifi was fast and reliable. We also checked a few restaurants in the area suggested by Andrea which were delicious! I would definitely suggest anyone staying there to check some of those places out!!

Cons: being picky, I`d just say that having 2 single mattresses put together instead of a double mattress was a little bit uncomfortable but I get it`s more practical.

Pros: It's very clean, nice area, close to Vatican. Host is very very helpful and friendly. Breakfast at amazing local caffe with freshly baked pastries. Amazing, 11/10

Fantastic stay close to metro. And lovely restaurant close by.

Pros: Lovely room and shower. Very close to the metro and supermarket . The breakfast in the coffee shop was amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. We even brought rolls for lunch from there which were really good price compared to the centre. It right by a laundry place too which is good if you were travelling through like me. The only downside is sharing the balcony, if someone is sat out there then there no room for others.

Cons: The sharing of the balcony but that me being picky. Don’t let that put you off.

Awesome place to stay in Rome

Pros: The room was new and clean. The apartment has great location which is close to metro station and Vatican. Breakfast provided in a local caffeteria Sapi bar was exceptional. We really enjoyrd our stay.

Cons: The apartment has shared kitchen, however there were basically no kitchen utensils.

I would highly recommend this place and definitely will get back.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment during our visit to Rome. The location is perfect - very close to the Vatican, yet situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood that made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Andrea was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was incredibly helpful, always available when we needed assistance, and genuinely supportive throughout our time in Rome. His local recommendations for restaurants were spot-on and really enhanced our experience of the city. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations - it's beautifully maintained with everything you could possibly need, and all the amenities appear to be new and well-cared for. The breakfast provided was a lovely touch that started each day perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Rome. 10/10 - we'll definitely be back!

Pros: the room was spotless on arrival, close to a supermarket and a 5 minute walk from the metro, we also enjoyed the communal balcony for the rooms without their own balcony.

Very happy will stay there again.

Pros: Beautiful, clean appartment with everything you need and an amazing host! Always there to help, Andrea really makes you feel welcome, beginning from the instructions and keeping in touch before your arrival and being at you disposal when you arrive (thanks again for that ride!!). Appartment is really charming, with a little balcony and in a great, secure and quiet neighbourhood (big big plus for me as a light sleeper, after a long day of sightseeing). Cudos for the locked building door and really secured doors of the appartment. Metro station Cipro is literally few minutes away on foot, so you can be in the city centre in matter of minutes. Also, you have a coffee machine in you room and a nice breakfast in a bar in the same building. How cool is that?! Big recommend!
