Pros: Everything you need for a short stay. Very quiet. Nice courtyard. Compact but has everything you need. Well managed.

Cons: Pillows. But then that's just opinion. Quite small. Area just ok

Great location and space

Pros: The place was very spacious and had a nice living area completely separate from the room, the bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The flat is 5 minutes walk from the Vatican museums; and a short walk to a metro station that connects you to all the city attractions as well as bus lines. Max the owner was very friendly.

Cons: I liked everything

Pros: I loved that it was mostly quiet, and very clean! the interior courtyard was so pleasant and beautiful! The bed's mattress was very comfortable! The kitchen is super nice and you have coffee and tea at your disposal. Towels are very soft.

Cons: One night the hot water just stopped coming mid shower. By 3rd day, we had no soap anymore, the bottle was almost empty when we arrived, so we had to use shower gel. I know this sounds weird, but be prepared to leave with bruises, because the bed has some child protectors around the corners that no matter how careful you are, you will bump into them and they are not soft at all. You cna hear the neighbours being very loud at night. Bring earplugs!

It’s a very nice neighborhood. Location is pretty good for visitors.

Pros: Facilities in the room are new, clean, and handy. The house owner provides a detailed list for the nearby spots. Five minutes walk can arrive Vantican Museum.

Pros: Modern renovation and styling, very clean. The apartment has an excellent location and it is very silent. The bed and pillows were perfect and I slep as a child. Max is a great and helpful host. Had everything we need. Thanks!

Authentic, peaceful, charming

Pros: My favorite neighborhood in Rome, perfect for the Jubilee. Charming and very accessible. Well equipped. I cooked all my own meals and the local market was fantastic. The thoughtful directions for appliances, neighborhood suggestions for your needs, minimal pantry already in place ( spices, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, etc) Max was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was very quiet. I enjoyed an 8 night stay and All I heard were birds in the morning. I loved the lack of tourists and hustle. It was very authentic and yet a 13 minute walk to metro and much closer for busses. I will definitely be returning.

Cons: My only suggestion, which isn’t a necessity but would be much appreciated, would be a small microwave oven to reheat meals easily.

Super apartament

Pros: Świetny apartament. Super lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do Watykanu i Bazyliki Św. Piotra, jedna przecznica od apartamentu lokalny bazar, gdzie można zaopatrzyć się w świeże pieczywo, sery, szynki, owoce i warzywa. Niedaleko stacja metra. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko, co jest potrzebne podczas pobytu. Spokojna okolica, okna apartamentu na piękny i cichy dziedziniec. Polecam.

Beau 2 pièces en parfait état et au calme o

Pros: Très joli appartement au calme d'une grande cour arborée, dans un quartier agréable. Décoration et équipements très soignés. Grand marché couvert à proximité immédiate, ainsi que d'autres commerces et cafés ou restaurants. Contact facile avec l'hôte ( par textos).

Cons: L'emplacement est calme et plaisant, en contrepartie un tout petit peu excentré pour visiter Rome en peu de jours. Quelques problèmes pour se rechauffer la 1ere nuit avec la clim réversible ( un rien trop bruyante pour que je dorme en la laissant allumée).

Exceptional. Hope to come back.

Pros: Super comfortable and clean apartment. Well organized bathroom, kitchen, everything you need for 7-10 days in Rome.
