Beautifully located apartment.

Pros: Incredible location and charming apartment in Rome - 30 seconds away from Spanish Steps. Hosts were very accomodating. Place was very clean. Quiet apartment that also was in the centre of all the hustle and bustle. Basic amenities like washing machine included! Hosts were very accomodating and good communication.

Cons: The apartment was light on amenities and the fold out couch/sofa was not incredibly comfortable. Having said that it is fairly good value for money considering the cost of nearby accomodation.

Pros: The host bought especially for us new induction cooker in place of not functioning.

Cons: Balcony doors were made of metal- it was windy, not for winter.

Budget friendly apartment with Italian charm

Pros: Spacious and well equipped apartment. Central but still quiet place. Next to point of interests such as Spanish stairs, Capuccini crypta, Park Borghesi, Metro/bus stations, Restaurants and supermarkets. Nice Terrasse with a great view. Early check in was possible without extra charge.

Чудове помешкання в дуже гарній частині Риму

Pros: Чудове розташування, гарний краєвид з невеликої тераси, транспорт поруч, всі основні зручності були, вся техніка була справна, постіль і рушники- чисті. Гостинний господар, автентичний будинок, помешкання не велике, але зручне.

Cons: Можливо були якісь дрібниці, але це було так не суттєво, що вже і не памʼятаю

Tolles Appartement in top Lage

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung war super, die spanische Treppe gleich um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation lief super. Wir konnten eher in die Wohnung. Diese ist klein aber fein, ausreichen für ein paar Tage, wenn man eh nur in der Stadt unterwegs ist. Die kleine Terrasse ein Traum. Durch die Klimaanlage war die Hitze erträglich in der Nacht :). Vielen Dank für alles.

Cons: Ein neues Schlafsofa wäre toll.

Pros: La ubicación es excepcional, está cerca de todo, los anfitriones muy simpáticos y atentos, y el piso estaba limpio, hay una cama pequeña y un sofá cama, que resultó ser bastante cómodo. Volvería sin duda

Muy Bueno

Pros: La ubicación es divina, una terracita soñada, el departamento es pequeño, tipo loft, el baño amplio con lavarropas. Eramos 3 adultos, un matrimonio con un hijo grande, el sillon cama es la cama matrimonial y ademas tenia 1 cama de una plaza. Le tuve miedo al sillon cama pero me sorprendió porque era muy cómodo. No tiene mesa de comedor, pero si una mesa ratona. Las personas que nos recibieron, Fabrizio, Claudia y Antonia, fueron muy amables.

Very small cosy rooftop flat with balcony, but for three adults perfect. Great location.

Pros: Perfektní lokalita hned vedle Španělských schodů. Malý půdní byt vhodný na přespání, plně dostačující. Balkónek s výhledem. V budově s výtahem.
