CS Piazza Venezia Apartment

Very pleasant place and staff ! Highly recommend!

Pros: Amazing location, very central within walking distance of all amenities and major attractions in Rome. The apartment itself was very clean and both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. It was a very pleasant place to stay. There is not lift, however there is no need for one. We were welcomed by a very lovely lady who gave us our keys. There was a problem with the heating which the landlord fixed straight away, and made sure everything was okay throughout our stay.

Cons: Unfortunately we had some very noisy neighbours at the time of our stay, otherwise everything was perfect.

Pros: The apartment in Rome left only positive impressions. It was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that created a sense of home comfort. The furniture and appliances were in good condition, and everything necessary for living was available. The hosts of the apartment were very friendly and kind people, always ready to help and share useful information about the city. The location of the apartment was also excellent — just a five-minute walk from Piazza Venezia, which makes it easy to reach many historical landmarks and attractions of Rome. The only small downside was that it was a bit chilly in the apartment, but this didn’t ruin the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for staying in Rome!

Pros: Location is excellent with all Rome's highlights within easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious.

Cons: No dishwashing liquid, washing sponge or tea towel provided, which is necessary for a self catering unit. Foul odours were emanating from the drains in the shower and kitchen sink. The location meant that it was very noisy all the time.

Cons: - Extremely few sanitary items. - The same goes for the kitchen, unfortunately no napkin or dishwashing detergent. - Small details could be greatly improved * I understand that the owner has a contracted company to prepare the apartment, with small details that do not cost much(a shower gel in the bathroom, more hygienic harassment, napkins in the kitchen, etc.) could make the apartment experience much more enjoyable. I went to the store to buy the above mentioned and left there everything we had left. I understand that it is an apartment, but these things make the difference especially if you pay a not so small amount per night. - The sofa is very uncomfortable, esre ruoa in places, our boy somehow managed to find a position for an ok sleep. - The pillows for me were very inconode.

Pros: fantastic hosts who met me at the property within minutes. 10 min walk to colosseum etc, very quite and a splendid restaurant 20 meters away. The property made the trip even better - thank you

Très bon logement

Pros: Le logement est idéalement situé dans Rome, très propre et bien équipé. La récupération des clés était très simple : quelqu'un s'est déplacé.

Cons: C'est vraiment dommage que l’hôte ne réponde pas aux messages envoyés sur booking pendant le séjour ni au téléphone indiqué sur l'annonce. Nous avions besoin de laisser les valises 2h de plus que l'heure prévue. J'ai contacté l’hôte par message deux fois la veille du départ, je lui ai téléphoné le jour même et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Nous avons dû chercher une consigne.

Belle adresse centrale quartier historique

Pros: Logement bien situé proche de tout en 10mm, cadre historique, logement conforme, Lorenzo était a l'écoute et réactif.

Cons: Odeur égout dans la SDB, sans doute du au bâtiment historique mais n'a pas gêné notre sejour

Krótki pobyt w dogodnej lokalizacji do zwiedzania Rzymu

Pros: Apartament był w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, wszędzie chodziliśmy pieszo. Było blisko do wszystkich głównych atrakcji w tym do Watykanu. W odległości 50m supermarket, kawiarnie, restauracje. Pomimo, że byliśmy w centrum to okolica była cicha, spokojna i bezpieczna. Polecam !!!

Pros: Spacious, clean and illuminated apartment! The location is unbeatable and the host great! We booked the apartment last minute and Lorenzo responded quickly and made sure we got the keys promptly.

Cons: Nada
