City break in perfect location and home comfort

Pros: Spacious well equipped and extremely clean. From welcome pack to comfortable bedding, easy check in and checkout. We didn’t need to buy anything - enough toiletries, coffee and toilet paper. The host very responsive a d helpful. Location is superb.

Cons: Nothing it was the best holiday rental we’ve ever had especially for city break - faultless. Some reviews were complaining about washing machine but we had no problems with it.

Very pleasant stay!!

Pros: We stayed at Fabios place for 4 days. Everything was great. Sofi greeted us, explained everything. During the all stay Fabio was in touch, helped with recommendations, with transfer. We really enjoyed it. The place was in very great spot, we could reach most of the main places by foot.

Highly recommended for a week in Rome

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here! The location couldn’t be better – right in the center of Rome, just a short walk to all the main attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family. Fabio was a wonderful host, very kind and always available to help with anything. It felt easy and relaxed staying here, and we’d definitely come back next time we visit Rome.

Pros: Amazing location allowing for Early sightseeing with the possibility to rest before dinner. All conveniences very near such as Supermarkt and Restaurants. Very Kind and helpful host. The flat was a major factor in the success of our trip to Rome.

Great location, comfortable and clean! Highly recommend

Pros: As a family of 5 we were all comfortable staying here. Everything we needed was in the apartment, the location was incredible, walking distance to all attractions we wanted to see and Fabio gave us extra recommendations for good places to eat! We recommend this place to stay and hope to return one day!

Wonderful!

Pros: Fabio was really helpful and gave us lots of useful information. He responded quickly when I contacted him and answered all our questions. The basket of food and the juice, milk and water in the fridge were very welcome. It was a great location, a little food market at one end of the street and a nice little restaurant at the other. Easy to walk to lots of the main sights.

Cons: It didn’t matter to us as we were out most of the time but it might be good to have a comfortable armchair in the sitting area so that 4 people can sit comfortably. There is a big sofa there.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this flat! The location was perfect - just a short distance from both the Colosseum and the Vatican, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome and would love to stay here again on my next trip!
