Dalia's Place

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Dahlia's place. It was spacious and all ten of us (7 adults and 3 kids) had enough space. Host always responded quickly, if we had some issues. It was good connected to the city center and there were some nice restaurants in the neighborhood.

Wonderful experience for 8 ppl traveling together in Rome!

Pros: There was 8 of us and we spent 3 nights in this apartment, which was very clean, equipped with everything you might need. Apartment was spacious and had 3 bathrooms which was very comfortable. Claudio, the host, was extremely nice and took great care of us along the stay. We enjoyed our stay and we do recommend this establishment!

Extraordinary place! :-)

Pros: Dalia´s Place is extraordinary apartment with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (+ 3 balcones) which means that no one would be suffered from lack of space or privacy - you must come and see it! It is fully equipped with everything you may need and it is located in a calm and safety district of Rome - but the center is still very close. Besides the bus line #75 we can also recommend a train station ´Quattro Venti´ which is about 5-7 min walking distance only from the place and one stop to San Pietro station in Vatican. Claudio was a very nice and attentive host always ready to help - many thanks for everything again! And we also very appreciated a written guide covering all necessary information about public transportation, groceries and restaurants in a neighborhood. :-)

Cons: It is very difficult to find anything what would have the best rating - maybe a bit noise from traffic in a room with a large balcony/terrace. But this was nothing annoying us as you can always close a window - especially during the summer period when you will be using AC.

A great and spacious accomodation

Pros: The accomodation is clean, spacious and provided with more than enough equipment for the stay. Ideal for bigger groups. The owner is very helpful and doesnt hesistate to help. All in all it was a great experience.

Cons: Nothing noteworthy

Great accommodation in a nice neighborhood that met all our expectations!

Pros: We were a group of 8, the accommodation at Dalia's place met all our expectations, a wonderful apartment, spacious, well maintained and clean, with three fully equipped bathrooms and 5 bedrooms and a beautiful terrace where we spent wonderful evenings drinking Italian wine. The building is located in a very nice residential neighborhood perfectly connected to the city center and main attractions. Claudio was very friendly and gave us all the necessary information at the very beginning of the trip. We can't wait to come to Rome again and stay at Dalia's place again.

Really beautifull place to stay in rome and Dalia’s place I would recommend to anyone who I know :)

Pros: We liked the layout of the apartment and how the rooms were big and the bathrooms were bih aswell. The balcony was the best thing of the apartment for us.

Excellent place to crash in Rome

Pros: it was a please to stay in Dalia’s Place. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and convenient. We enjoyed sleeping and resting after whole day of walking in Rome! Kitchen was prepared very well!

Cons: Middle bathroom needs slight renovation. Water pressure could be better.

Fantastic apartment, fabulous host

Pros: Fantastic apartment with a wonderful host. Claudio was so considerate there was a wonderful welcome pack...with water, milk, juice,wine and breakfast items. He was very responsive to any questions and dropped off extra electrical adapters when needed. Spotlessly clean and would recommend to anyone.

Best apartament în Rome until now...

Pros: The location is in a very nice and clean area and the apartament was extraordinary. Nice, clean, very spacious. You can find any thing you want in the apartament, to feel cozy and relaxed. The host was incredibly kind and careful with us.

Cons: I can't find anything.

Excellent place and service!

Pros: Dahlia' Place is a big and beautiful appartment with a lot of space and very clean. We were with 10 people (2 family's). It is located in a quiet area and with the metro or bus it is easy to travel into town. The service provided by Claudio was the best. He offers help and you can ask for anything he will arrange it. From taxi to restaurant. Each day he checks with a message if everything is ok of if we would need something. So excellent place with an excellent service! I would recommend it to everyone!
