Good little room in the heart of Rome

Pros: Location was excellent and the room was spotless. There is some work going on outside but doesn't affect the inside. Comfy bed and the kitchen is handy for a coffee before heading out.

Cons: The apt does feel ever so slightly damp probably due to not having windows. I suspect when the outside work is finished, leaving the door ajar for a wee while will help. It didn't affect our stay.

Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Rome

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this centrally located apartment. The location is perfect, with numerous restaurants and local venues just a short walk away, as well as all the major attractions of the city within easy reach. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and incredibly welcoming, providing a comfortable and cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Moreover, Giovanni, the host, was always available and very friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an outstanding experience in Rome.

Great location, great apartment

Pros: We had access to the washing machine and detergent was at the location. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything was clean. The location was excellent, the farthest point of interest being at a 40min walk distance from the location. The check-in instructions were very easy to follow and we also had great communication with the host. The apartment was really nice, cozy and the air was constantly cold since the apartment is facing an interior garden that is always in the shade

Cons: Keep in mind, if you have long hair, it may get difficult to wash since the shower is a bit cramped up.

The location made it easy to walk to all the main sights.

Pros: Location was great. Plenty of space and appreciated the washing machine.

Cons: Shower was very small and could use a caddy for soap an shampoo since no room to bend over.

Pros: Location, walking distance to all major attractions in Rome, and it has a small kitchen with all cook wares plus washing machine.

Better than a hotel for me!

Pros: The apartment had all the amenities I needed. It was clean and conveniently located.

Cons: There was some construction in the building so the noise would begin in the mornings but it didn’t really bother me since I am an early riser.

Consigliassimo!

Pros: La posizione è ottima, collegata benissimo con la linea dei pullman. La casetta è davvero carina, molto comoda e spaziosa, il bagno ottimo e la pulizia impeccabile. Asciugamani, phon e prodotti bagno. Molto pulita e comodo il servizio di check in autonomo. Ci ritornerò molto volentieri.

Pros: Tuve un problema con los vuelos que hizo que tuviera que cancelar una noche de mi estancia. A pesar de que la cancelación gratuita ya había expirado, el anfitrión no me puso ningún problema y me atendió muy bien. Siempre atento a cualquier mensaje.

Pros: Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questo splendido appartamento vicino a Piazza Navona, e ogni volta torno con piacere. La casa, situata in un palazzo antico nel cuore di Roma, è estremamente accogliente e in una posizione ideale per visitare a piedi i principali monumenti della città: il Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, Castel Sant'Angelo sono tutti a pochi minuti. L'appartamento migliora di volta in volta, grazie alle continue attenzioni del proprietario, sempre molto disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Tra le novità più apprezzate di quest’ultima visita c’è stato l’inserimento di un purificatore d’aria di alta fascia, davvero utile soprattutto per chi soffre di allergie. Il check-in autonomo è comodo ed efficiente, e consente di vivere il soggiorno con grande libertà. È una sistemazione che consiglio senza esitazioni a chi vuole godersi Roma da una posizione privilegiata e in un ambiente curato e confortevole. Non vedo l’ora di tornare nuovamente!
