Great place to rest while visiting Rome.

Pros: The apartment is very well located, close to the metro line and many restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and there is enough space for a family with 2 children. The air conditioning works well to provide a pleasant temperature during very hot days. Windows have outside blinds to keep from overheating and allow enough light in. Kitchen is fully equipped and functional. Opening the doors with the phone is nice. Be advised to keep some battery after a long day of sightseeing.

Cons: The couch in the living room has a faint smell of cigarettes. The elevator is functional but it is an old analog model and the door is too narrow to fit a stroller. We had to fold it to get it up. The dishwasher was clogged and we did not have the supplies to make it run properly (salt, rinser) - I can maybe buy a few detergent pods, but not everything.

Pros: The apartment was very clean. Location is fantastic right by a Metro station and a bus stop right outside the front door.

Pros: Good location, comfortable and big apartment with a very nice host. Easy for communication. The metro station Re di Roma is 3 min away.

Pros: Apartment is clean, big, has everything you need, great location and looks exactly the same as in pictures. If I go again I will definitely stay there.

Overall a great experience

Pros: We loved the location very close to the underground and about 10 minutes away from the city center. There was a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The property owner was very kind and helpful. The apartment was spacious, well equiped and nicely decorated, making us feel at home.

Pros: The location is great for visiting Rome, situated just a few steps from the metro station. There are several restaurants , bars and cafes within a short walking distance. The apartment is nice, clean and comfortable. The host was great and very helpful even if we did not manage to arrive during checkin time because of flight delays.

Cons: The only thing I would add is some extras in the kitchen area, a kitchen towel or some napkins and perhaps some detergent for the dishwasher so you don't buy this for 1-2 uses.

Pros: Very nice and modern apartment! Everything looked just shown in pictures and had all necessaey utilities for a comfy stay. Good infrastructure to get to all the necessary tourist attractions, because the stops are either close to the apartment or up to a 10-minute walk away.

Good locaiton and friendly host

Pros: Good and clean location, it was equipped with all you need. Host was very friendly and helped us with tourist tax payment.

Cons: There is a crowded street nearby and in the night is a little bit noisy.

We really enjoyed the stay! convenient, clean, well equipped and well-located.

Pros: The location was very convenient. The metro and bus stops are only a 2–3 minute walk away, and even at night there were plenty of connections available. Supermarkets were also very close, and there were cafés and an excellent pizzeria around the square, giving plenty of options for every meal within a five-minute walk. The keyless entry system was excellent, I did not have to worry about carrying keys, and the door could easily be opened with a mobile phone. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed, including the option to cook meals at home. The internet connection was stable and very fast. The bed sheets were clean, and the apartment comfortably accommodates up to four people. The washing machine was also in good condition and worked well. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room warm and comfortable.

Cons: The hot water in the bathroom sink had an issue and needs to be fixed. It would also be helpful to have a few extra garbage bags available in the apartment, as well as a small bin in the bedroom. Additionally, the large bedroom would benefit from having a mirror.
