Awesome location, awesome host!

Pros: This apartment is in a fantastic position, in walking distance to almost all of the major attractions in Rome. Stefano is a great host, who met us in person to hand over the keys and give us a guided-tour of the apartment. It has everything you will need to have a great trip!

Excellent location, great host, spacious duplex apartment. A great choice for a holiday in Rome

Pros: The location, the host, the space inside the apartment. Almost everything was very good and pleasant.

Cons: It has nothing to do with the apartment or host, but the Haier washing machine kept flooding the apartment by itself and kept us running around the whole time. I am sure the host has this fixed by now and we will not hold anything against him, as he came in a few minutes each time we called and helped out in every way. But I am giving this review, so you check that the washing machine is replaced, or it will give you a hard time.

Pros: Perfect apartment in fantastic location. Easy walking distance to most of the major attractions. Taxi rank is across the street from the building. Stefano is very helpful host.

Ideal base to explore Rome

Pros: Perfect location to explore Rome in 3 days. Easy walking distance to all the main sites. Apartment is perfectly presented and welcoming. Stefanos greeted us in person and made sure we knew how everything worked, including the cute lift to the 4th floor. The front door opens right on to Largo di Torre Argentina and the excavated temples site which is a delight to visit. You’ll also find a very good cafe and bar right next door which serves a variety of food. All in all, this apartment is highly recommended.

Superb location and excellent amenities.

Pros: This apartment met every need: it had an extra bathroom for convenience, the minimal level of necessary kitchen accoutrements, a lovely view, comfortable bed with extra bedding and an incredibly great location!

Cons: The room could be chilly.

Two floor apartment

Pros: Super spacious apartment, surprised to get something that size for that price in the middle of Rome centre. Great value, it had everything you need for a perfect stay

Pros: I recommend 100%! The location of the apartment is perfect, the house, the yard are extremely authentic and safe. The apartment is extremely cozy, everything has been thought of. The hostess is super friendly, she helped with all questions. If I come to Rome, I come here too!

Fabulous location, accessible by lift, well fit out clean apartment

Pros: The location was perfect with many major landmarks within easy walking distance. The lift was a blessing although a few times during our stay it wasn't working which was a little frustrating after a big day exploring then having to climb loads of steps. Having the 2 separate toilets was a blessing with 3 of us staying although having just the 1 shower upstairs wasn't quite so ideal. The apartment was lovely and quiet with no trouble sleeping and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there's a great little mini mart on the corner downstairs to get anything you might need. Super close to restaurants and cafes making it a very easy stay.

Cons: Having only 1 key between the 3 of us was frustrating. When the key is taken out of the switch the ac stops meaning that someone can't be left behind in the apartment with AC while someone else goes out. You can't get in the front entrance to the building without the key either so if someone stays in the room they need to come down to let you in.
