Pros: The location of the apartment is simply wonderful. It took us about 35 minutes to get there from the airport by taxi. It's located right in the center of Rome. Upon exiting the building, the ancient square opens up before our eyes. The main attractions are within walking distance: the Trevi Fountain is 7-10 minutes, and Piazza Venezia is 5 minutes away. Public transportation is nearby, as are supermarkets, restaurants, and pizzerias. The Vatican is 40 minutes away. We walked all three days—everything is close. Recommended for families with children. Children will definitely love the bed on the second floor. He sent detailed instructions on how to pick up the keys to the apartment, and we were able to move in at night. The small kitchen has a four-burner electric stove, a water tap, essential utensils, and a coffee machine. The owner also kindly provided coffee, sugar, paper towels, and a small refrigerator. We loved everything; if we come back, we'll definitely stay again.

Cons: It's worth noting that the shower was a bit cramped, and the toilet cistern didn't work properly. The attentive owner easily fixed this. It would be highly recommended that this apartment be equipped with an electric kettle and a microwave. Unfortunately, the freezer was broken, and when we bought ice cream, we had to throw it out because it wasn't working. I think it needs to be fixed by summer.

Pros: Gian is very helpful, he arranged so we could leave our bags early and also late check out so it helps so much. The apt is clean and location is very good, close to everywhere, bus stop is in front of the apt. A comfortable apt and also clean.

Cons: The attic bedroom is quite short so you need to watch out not to hit your head on the ceiling.

Pros: Location is superb ! taxi and bus stands just across the building, shops and pharmacy around the corner. Walking distance to all major attractions.. The place is equipped with all the basic needs we need, clean and tidy. Aircondition is a bonus. The host is easily contacted and helpful with any question. Definitely recommend this place!

Pros: The location is perfect, it’s easy to get to all the locations on foot. Also bed in second floor is very comfortable.

Cons: It’s a little bit too tiny in bathroom, even for shorter people, but it’s managable.

Pros: It's location was superb. My parents who are over 68 and 69 liked it the most. Every historical place is within a walking distance. It was safe and the owner is so friendly. Thank you Gian!

Pros: Fabulous location, staff very helpful and friendly. We were allowed to access room earlier than advertised so we could store our luggage, which saved us time and money.

Cons: Disappointed that the sofabed could not be used as a bed. Low ceiling in bathroom so the shower is not good for tall people.

Pros: There are many buses on the main route in front of the accommodation. All the tourist attractions were available without a transfer. The apartment has two floors and the first floor is quite spacious, and it's quiet even at night

Cons: The air conditioner is too weak. Even if you set it to the lowest temperature, it's not cool because of the lukewarm wind. There is no elevator, so please refer to it if you have heavy luggage.

Pros: Ottima posizione, in pieno centro a Roma. Nell’appartamento c’è tutto: cucina, frigo, televisione ecc. Pulizia ottima.

Eccellente

Pros: Appartamento consigliatissimo per visitare la città. Centralissimo, a pochi passi dal Pantheon e 15 minuti a piedi da Fontana di Trevi e Colosseo; è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici per visitare il resto della citta’. Nella piazza sono presenti negozi di alimentare aperti fino alle 22. L’appartamento è pulitissimo, molto accogliente e silenzioso. Il proprietario è disponibile oltre ogni aspettativa, dalla prenotazione al check our. Grazie di tutto e torneremo sicuramente.
