Graet location. Perfect for short stay.

Pros: Very cozy appartment in the hart of Rome in a walking distance from Vatican. Nicely decorated with great love and lots of original details and artistic vibe. A little bit chabby but still charming and if you want to feel bohemiam life style, it's definitely worth it. Perfect location with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very welcoming and responsive, replied quickly to messages and was easy to communicate with.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful , very spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning was a blessing , the location was fabulous, easy to find, and accessible to all amenities and tourist spots, the apartment itself is a wonderfull ace to stay in lots to see in the apartment , books galore 😀

Pros: The apartment is gorgeous and the decoration exquisite. It's spacious, immaculate, inspiring and in a great location. The owner gave us a warm welcome and plenty of great recommendations. I highly recommend it!

Boho style stay in the elegant Vaticano - Prati neighbourhood in central Rome

Pros: Very nice location in a central and elegant Rome neighbourhood. The flat is large and can easily accommodate a family, and surely more than just 2 persons. The high ceilings and ample rooms can help mitigate the heat in the hot season albeit the air conditioning system seems dated and not very effective. The price is on the fair to competitive side given the location and size of the apartment.

Cons: Some parts of the flat look quite unkempt and dusty. Part could be done to the style of the place but in any case it could do with a refresh and some re-organizing. A minimum additional investments in some newer and better beds/mattresses would greatly improve the guests comfort, as well as replacing the main sagging sofa and adding a couple proper wardrobes in the bedrooms. Being quite old and full of various items, some parts of the flat are quite dusty and/or difficult to get a fresh clean look for, including some of the rugs which would better need replacing.

Pros: big appartment, 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 additional bed (more single than double) on the gallary. Unique interior design.

Not for people looking for luxury and modern lifestyle. This is something different in a fantastic way!

Pros: Lovely apartment! Spirit of Italian artistic living in every centimeter!

Cons: Neighbors cooking was so aromatic, like they did it in the apartment. At least the smell was almost all the time nice.

Pros: Appartement très très beau, cosy et vintage Très bien localisé (5 min du Vatican) et 2 min de la station de métro Ottaviano (Métro A) Le propriétaire est génial !

Cons: Il est précisé que le check in peut se faire jusqu’à 22h mais c’est un peu compliqué il a fallut récupérer chez la voisine d’en dessous… mais tout s’est bien passé. Peut être que si c’est compliqué pour le propriétaire (ce que je comprends, comme il n’y a pas de boites à clés), il faudrait le préciser dans l’annonce ! Mais c’est un détail, tout était très bien ! Également, il faisait froid à Rome et si vous êtes frileux, il manque un peu la possibilité de chauffer plus les pièces. Mais il faisait tout de même bon. Ce sont des détails, mais tout était vraiment bien !

Pros: We loved VDV! Giacomo was a friendly and attentive host. Comfortable, clean, spacious top-floor (w/elevator) apartment/flat. Great location on the metro. Short walk to Vatican and walk or metro to all the sights. Quiet bedrooms (windows face courtyard). Everything you need just steps away - neighborhood filled with cafes, shops, restaurants (esp. Osteria Ragno d'oro), markets. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: Tolle Lage. Die Wohnung hat einen guten Flair. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl.
