You can not go wrong here: excellent place and neighborhood, a wonderful experience.

Pros: The apartment is in excellent conditions, decorated in good taste and offering a very comfortable stay. The surrounding area is very well localized, close to the metro station Lodi, ando also at walking distance (less than 30 min) from the Coliseum. Multiple restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets all within 100m distance. I would certainly look again for this place in a next stay in Rome.

Great apartment in perfect area

Pros: The area is great—it's just a 30-minute walk to the Colosseum. Two metro stations are within a short walk, so you can easily access everything in Rome. A bus stop is also very near. There´s a street market with fresh fruits, legumes, etc. Some supermarkets (PAM, Conad etc.) are also near the metro station Re di Roma. The block is quiet and clean. The apartment is perfect, pretty spacious and comfortable. We found everything that we needed. We loved the two separate bedrooms. The washing machine was perfectly clean.

Cons: The Wi-Fi worked well, but sometimes it was just a little bit slow for four people who needed to work online. But for general use, it´s okay.

An exceptionally beautiful week in Rome

Pros: We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful flat. The flat is located in a very well-kept and quiet residential complex from the early 20th century near Porta San Giovanni. The housing co-operative that built the houses has thought of everything: cafés, restaurants, a daily market, a bus stop with many lines right outside the door. The flat itself is equipped with everything you could possibly need and is tastefully furnished. We were allowed a very late arrival and the host was helpful at all times. There is nothing to criticise.

Per chi ama il centro storico e le bellezze della capitale questo è il posto giusto

Pros: La colazione era di ottima qualità sebbene confezionata per motivi normativi era disponibili in diverse soluzioni con marmellate, the, fette biscottate, tisane, caffè ecc.... il tutto in quantità superiori al fabisogno, inoltre sotto caso ci sono molteplici posti in cui mangiare o fare acquisti. Siamo stati ricevuti dagli stessi proprietari, gentilissimi e garbati ci hanno spiegato ogni dettaglio della casa.

Cons: Non mi viene in mente nulla era tutto adeguato alle nostre aspettative copreso il contesto condominiale di altissimo livesso e sorvegliato in ogni entrata

appartamento perfetto per un weekend a Roma!!!!

Pros: l'appartamento è molto bello e pulito, vicino alla fermata dei bus dove è possibile visitare Roma e guardarla nel suo splendore abbiamo preferito usare i bus perchè almeno mentre vai da un posto all'altro vedi tutta la città dove ad ogni angolo ci sono monumenti e chiese da vedere...l'appartamento è fuori dal caos di Roma centro...a 15min dalla stazione termini tutto perfetto
