Great! It’s the perfect location for Rome

Pros: Great location. Comfortable and full of character. Host Francesca was very helpful and kind.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Had a great stay with family of six. Lovely rustic apartment. Convenient location. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Pros: The host was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was located 200 m from Navona Square, in a very popular area, but still on a nice, narrow street.

Cons: One night I think there was a work crew on the main road nearby - they didn't stop making noise until 3 a.m. - but I guess that's Rome: too crowded to work during the day.

Pros: The location was perfect, and the apartment was spacious. We felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Francesca, the host, is a lovely and attentive lady who made us feel welcome from the very beginning. While the building and apartment features are somewhat dated and may not fully meet modern standards, their classic Roman charm adds character and makes the experience of staying in Rome even more authentic.

Very spacious for an apartment in Venice!

Comfortable and memorable.

Pros: Great location. Can’t say enough about how well located this is. Has character. Safe. The air conditioning worked in every area very well. The hosts are responsive and went out of their way to accommodate us on a late check out.

Cons: There are two things that could be negatives for many: It is a 4th floor apartment. And no elevator. So if you have large luggage then it is going to be hard to handle them. Second, the toilet flushing is an old mechanism and so if not done right and the seats aren’t kept closed then it may become odorous. For us both turned out to be non issues as we liked the exercise of climbing up 4 stairs and figured out the toilet mechanism early on.

Pros: La proximité du centre historique le personnel qui a été très agréable et qui nous a permis de déposer nos affaires avant le Check in

Cons: Il n y a pas 2 salles de bain mais une seule avec douche qui aurait besoin d être rénovée et une baignoire

Hospedagem excelente

Pros: A hospedagem foi excelente. Começou já pela excelente recepção de Francesca e Nicoletta, super simpáticas e gentis. A casa é bem grande, camas confortáveis, bem tranquilo para meu grupo de 6 pessoas. A localização é excelente, passamos 3 dias em Roma, foi nossa primeira vez e conhecemos os principais pontos turísticos a pé. Bons restaurantes e mercados na esquina da rua. Sem dúvida foi uma ótima escolha, recomendo.

Cons: Fica no 4° andar e não tem elevador, para quem tem problema de mobilidade pode ser um impeditivo, mas não comprometeu a nossa estadia.
