A lovely apartment in a residential area with easy access to public transport into centre of Rome.
Pros: The apartment had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was a lot larger than we expected and it was lovely to have a small balcony (although we didn't use it during our stay). It was really clean, the sofa and bed were really comfortable and there was nothing we could think the apartment didn't have that we might have needed during the stay. Whilst there was some work being done to some apartment buildings nearby, it wasn't noisy as noted in other reviews. There was a some noise when the windows were open but barely anything when they were closed. A lovely place to stay and whilst outside the main Rome city boundary, it was our choice to stay in that location and it's just a short walk to the metro and train station with plenty of shops nearby. A street market seems to take place near the apartment on Saturdays and it was lovely to browse the different stalls.
Cons: Nothing to note.

Pros: The location doesn’t look necessarily good due probably to lot of refurbishing of properties going on all around but once the door of the flat pushed open it’s quite a overwhelming feeling to discover such a modern and well furnished apartment. Tea, Nespresso coffee maker, modern kitchen and bathroom, big size smart tv, queen size bed, iron and ironing board, good mattress, 1,5 litre of still water in the fridge and all necessary utensils in case one needs cooking… Lovely.
Cons: There is a smell in the building that reminds me of that of old buildings in Rome.

Pros: Ļoti skaists dzīvoklis, Tuvu sabiedriskā transporta pieturām. Dzīvoklī bija viss nepieciešamais- veļasmašīna, gludeklis, pilnībā aprīkota virtuve. Lielisks serviss - naktsmītnes izīrētāji ik pa laikam uzturēja komunikāciju, apjautājoties vai viss ir kārtībā, kā arī atbildēja uz visiem mūsu jautājumiem, kas bija saistīti ar pārvietošanos pa pilsētu vai apskates objektiem :)
Cons: Naktsmītne atrodas pie būvobjekta, skats pa logu nav diez ko baudāms, bet tas noteikti ir tikai laika jautājums - būvdarbi beigsies un šī vairs nebūs problēma :)

Wonderful Stay: Clean, Spacious, and Comfortable
Pros: The accommodation was truly wonderful. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Rome was my last destination on my European trip, and I was able to fully relax in the room and recover from all the fatigue accumulated along the way. It was really amazing! 한국분들이 이 리뷰를 볼 진 모르겠지만 로마 시내와 거리가 조금 있다는거 말곤 정말 최고의 숙소에요 강추!!
Cons: It was nice to have a washing machine so I could do laundry, but it was a bit disappointing that there was almost no detergent left.

Pros: The apartment is clean, comfortable, and located quite close to the metro, about 10 minutes walk. There are shops, markets, and pharmacies nearby if you need them. You can also get to the city center quickly by metro. I am very satisfied with this apartment and recommend it. It is ideal for 2 people, but it can also accommodate 3-4 people.

Pros: Super miejsce, czysto, pełne wyposażenie jasna i prosta komunikacja z właścicielem który jest bardzo pomocny i podsyła bardzo fajne miejsca do odwiedzenia. Dobra lokalizacją blisko metra którym można dostać się wszędzie. Wygodne łóżka, dodatkowym atutem jest pralka i środki do prania w mieszkaniu była nawet parasolka w razie popsucia się pogody. Gorąco polecam to miejsce piękne nowoczesne i czyste. Cena za taka jakość jest super.
