Pros: Very beautiful and welcoming apartment, total tranquility, tram and metro nearby for easy access to the city

Cons: A panini or toaster is something to really think about.

Pros: We arrived from the airport later in the evening, the communication with the owner Mrs.Lada was very good and she provided us with important information. Self-check-in went smoothly, the accommodation was nice in a quiet location and the apartment was well equipped. Thank you Mrs. Lada for a pleasant few days spent in Rome, we will definitely be back sometimes.

Unreal hidden gem

Pros: WOW. Where do I start….. this property was an absolute hidden gem. Magical stay. New renovations are beautiful. Everything is very well thought out. All the interior features are awesome!! Very impressed. Very pleasant stay. Comfortable. Beautiful neighbourhood. One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed. The host, Lada, was incredible as well. Super kind, Super helpful. Super close to the tram line and the bus line that takes you into the main train station where everything is walkable and well connected from there

Pros: Everything was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay. The place was just as on the photos, very cozy and clean. The hosts were amazing! Lovely people, great communication and no problem with any issues.

Very stylish cute appartment, made with love. Great host)

Pros: Very stylish cute appartment, with the window overlooking the acueduct, made with love and great attention to the detail. Lada was always eager to help, she even made a broshure with the map of restaurants and graffities, that the area is known for. Kitchen is equipped for cooking, it was nice to cook pasta there.

Pros: Easy to get to the city centre by trains. Good size property for a single person stay.

Cons: There was a bit of issue with hot water cutting of after a while but did not cause a massive issue.

Was a very pleasant place.

Pros: The colour scheme was perfect, very aesthetically pleasing. Pretty much anything you would need in a kitchen. Great views from the windows. Quiet location, but close enough to supermarkets and public transportation.

Cons: Wasn’t too much of an issue for me but if you have larger luggage, that you can’t carry around easily, I wouldn’t say this is the best place to stay unless if you’re willing to spend a lot on private transport (taxis).

Nice flat next to ancient aqueduct and close to transportation

Pros: Convenient and spacious flat, with good location near tram and bus stops. The couple managing the apartment was very friendly and helpful. There is a kitchen equipped with everything needed and this was very convenient for us. Recommend!

Pros: Really beautiful room! It was very clean and the surroundings were quiet, which, together with the comfortable bed, made for a really good night's sleep. Also nice to wake up with the view of a Roman acqueduct, you don't get that every day. We would love to come back.
