Pros: I like the apartment overall. Good location, clean, spacious and the communication with the host is superb. He is very helpful. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend this accomodation to friends in Australia.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, extremely clean, everything is new and nicely furnished. Three bathrooms greatly facilitate the functioning of a larger group of people. The view from the terrace is beautiful. Simply, everything was for 10. The neighborhood is very beautiful, close to the Vatican, very good connected with all parts of the city.

Bonito y confortable pero le falta algún detalle importante

Pros: Lo grande y luminoso que es el apartamento y la ubicación. A nivel de utensilios y mobiliario está muy bien equipado.

Cons: El agua caliente no funciona bien, quema mucho y es complicado hacerse una ducha cómodamente. Mis hijas se quemaban y fue un poco molesto. La caldera marca que está a 58 grados. Además , otro detalle es que en la cocina hay hasta 4 aparatos electrónicos y 1 solo enchufe, poner una regleta de 4 tomas ayudaría mucho y sería más cómodo prepararse un café con leche, al no tener que estar poniendo y quitando los enchufes continuamente.. También echamos en falta una fregona , llovió mucho y entrábamos con pies mojados y para limpiar un poco iría bien disponer de una.

Pros: This property is in the middle of a very good neighborhood with a lot of good places to eat… a few steps to the Subway and also a short walk to the Vatican itself. It is very spaceous and it has a big balcony too. Everything is as described and it has fast internet even if 6 people are using it together. This is a gem if you are lucky enough to see it available. Got no complaints. Host was very patient, very adjustable to unforseen circumstances and answers all our inquiries right away. 5-stars!

Pros: Posizione comodissima per tutto, in uno dei quartieri più belli e puliti di Roma. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Casa molto luminosa, spaziosa, con un terrazzo incredibile, in un condominio molto tranquillo.

Cons: Unico piccolo appunto é che la casa era un pó fredda, il riscaldamento é centralizzato ma alcuni termosifoni sembravano non andare

Hidden Gem!

Pros: The location was ideal for my family (elderly parents and teenage son), easy access to a metro stop, and tons of shops/restaurants all around. There was a great balance of tourists and locals. Bonus: extremely close to the Vatican. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. There was a dinning room table for 6, and a large television. Secure locks on the door and there's a camera outside the door. We felt extremely safe in the building and neighborhood. There were three bathrooms/showers, two of which were en suites. A beautiful spacious terrace with plenty of seating. Finally, thank you to our wonderful host, Alessandro. He was very accessible and answered all our questions.
