We had a wonderful family stay with 2 kids in Vaticano Prati.
Pros: Very spacious and clean apartment with 2 bedrooms. The kids were happy with the TVs. Located at a lively walking street and a metro station very near Vatican City.
Cons: The pillows were too soft, and a bit inconvenient. The area is very touristic.

Pros: Location is perfect. The street is quiet ant there is from where to take coffee or something to eat. Transport to the main attractions is near to the apartment. You can also walk if you want. Transport to the airport is also available. Apartment is clean a there was coffee left there for us. ♥️ Host is super friendly and really to support with advice for anything. I would recommend the place and will definitely choose it again.

Convenience and comfortable
Pros: The location is convenient, 2 minutes walk from the metro station, the place is clean, everything is well arranged. Hot water is good. Air conditioning really helps in comfortable rooms temperature. Coffee capsules enough for whole trip morning for everyone. Owner is very kind.
Cons: A bit noisy in early morning on the street for cleaning up the public rubbish bin.

Pros: Just 3 minutes from The Vatican, in a super street. ALthough it was central, the flat was on the 5th and it was quiet. Many shops and cafes nearby, the metro station nearby and you could walk just 15-20 minutes to see the sights. Lovely!

Pros: Great place. You can see Vatican wall from the window. Few meters from the metro station. Nice rooms, hight ceilings. Comfortable dining area. Fresh bathrooms.

Nice place to stay for a family! Would recommend!!
Pros: Superb location, 5-7 mins walking to Vatican city and walking distance to many attractions. Metro station is only 2 mins away. Many good restaurant in the nearby. So convenient for daily shopping and tourist. Large beds, quite comfortable sleeping. Large room and good view to the streets. Strong AC and feel quite warm in winter. The host is very friendly and meet us at the entrance and show us the room.
Cons: Kitchen facilities are bit old. One of the bathroom was a bit blocked but the host came very quickly to solve the problem. Elevator is small and can take only 2 person every time, but this is not a very big problem as it is quite common in Europe.

Great stay
Pros: The location is excellent, close to the Vatican and the metro station. The apartment is spacious, ideal for five people but can accommodate more. The beds are large, comfortable, and clean. The single bathroom is also large and spotless. The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and general utensils, all in good condition and clean. The free Wi-Fi is excellent. Mr. Piero provides cordial and efficient service, and a young lady who assists him is equally welcoming and polite.
Cons: Rome is currently undergoing many construction projects, including on Via Ottaviano, which can be a bit inconvenient, though this is unrelated to the property itself. The building’s elevator is old and small but was always operational. We made sure to respect its three-person limit. Overall, regarding the property, I have no negative points to mention.
